You and Carly are being soooo productive lately and spoiling us with all these new videos. You are both as energetic as the Duracell bunny (despite the heatwave which makes people like me lazier than normal! Lol) ...and I am loving it! ๐ฉท
I really enjoy these monthly wrap-ups and always end up adding several to my heaving TBR. Thank you, lovey ... and stay cool. ๐จ๐ฆ๐นโ๏ธ
June was also my best reading month of 2026 so far. I read 8 books and surprised myself with that number, because I felt a bit slumpy for half of the month. (So sorry, but that was DOAM's fault. ๐ญ)
After watching your Holiday Vlog I decided to steer clear of 'Serenity Falls'. I strongly feel like it would be a huge disappointment. ๐
My favourite book I read in June is actually a biography! 'A Hymn to Life' by Gisรจle Pelicot. Her story is so shocking and her way of carrying herself in the wake of what has been done to her by her husband (!), is incredibly strong and awe inspiring. ๐ฎ
Giiiirl, those nails are lovely! I need to step up my nail game.
Not the CrossFittttttttt, he does love a character obsessed with something random.
July seems funnn (yes, The Dry!!) ๐
I'm in the middle of listening to Dissection of a Murder. I love Joanne Froggatt as a narrator. But other than that... I'm honestly not loving it. I'm not hating it either, but I was expecting a five-star read after what everyone else has said. I haven't gotten to the "shocking twist" that everyone says happens, so maybe I'll like it more after that.
I read Postmortem along with Carly last month. It is VERY 90s but entertaining.
My favorite book of June was actually The Last List of Mabel Beaumont, so I'm glad you've warned me about the sequel. That's so sad.
