I love seeing the architecture and stone buildings in those little county towns. So different than here in the USA

Thanks for another nice video

Wow, trust me, I am envious to your nice backroads.😊

Lovely to see you out at this time of year. Watch those slippery bits with tyres that are cold. I miss driving those single track lanes with farm buildings right up against the road. Thanks for sharing. Blessings.

I like what I’ve seen of Bradwell though not ridden many of the back lanes. It’s quite off radar from tourists compared with most Peak District villages
When I pick the new bike up I will once again add sticker with slogan “If you don’t know where you are going any road will get you there”

Nice bit of exploration again Dave, yes the cement works at Hope is a bit of a blot on the countryside, but it's always been a good source of work for the locals. There's an amusing saying locally - if someone says 'oh well, we live in hope...', you can guarantee someone else will chip in with 'but we die in Castleton!'

流れる景色が綺麗でした。ツーリング最高です。

Loved this , these roads I travel as often as I can , Brilliant 🤘

Ey up Dave great to get the chance to see your videos and beautiful ride love it around that area and those lanes blimey I’d be panicking 💯 bikes looking great love the seats
Stay safe

Yikes, that left turn was sharp enough, but then there was that evil looking right-hand at 16:44 too. Very interesting little place you found there.

I went for a bimble on my Continental GT and it was fantastic. I'm in the US.

Dave….enjoy the channel. One quick question….how have you found your Goldtop gauntlet gloves in the rain ?
Keep up the great content.

Nice ride out, Dave. ☕

Thanks Dave for an excellent ride o such glorious biking roads, and for the mention..😜😁. Was saying to her who must be obeyed don’t they have traffic upt’ norf!!…. Then you passed through Castleton and could see where everyone was.  I’ll through the wife off if it’s getting to heavy on the back…. Don’t tell her I said so!!!…🤨🫣🤪🤣🤣
Shiny side up.

Ey up

I’ve said it before, I’m surprised I’ve never bumped into you yet. I’ve been in Monyash twice this past week with friends.

There are many quiet places I stop, sit and ponder with a flask or my camping stove. One of them you passed at 15:15. There’s a  lay-by on the left to park up and a gate on the right where can go through to a bench. It’s perfect when you have the weather you had

Until the next one……..

Interesting ride. What make are your soft panniers ?

Another cracking ride Dave, I suppose the question is did you make the left turn or did you carry on, turn around and approach from a better angle 😂 all the best buddy 👍

Beautiful roads Dave

Hi Dave, I watch a lot of POV videos by British riders on Royal Enfields because not many American riders have discovered the brand.  The thrum of that long stroke single is enchanting, indeed, as are the roads you ride on.  I visited friends in Swansea, Wales in 1998, and my host offered to let me drive.  I thanked him and declined because I feared that if something requiring quick reaction happened on the road, my American muscle memory would take over and that would be disastrous.  But after watching your vids I think I could handle it now, especially on a motorbike.  However, I would need a lesson on the meaning of some of the signage painted on the tarmac; curved arrows interrupting the centerline, zig-zag dashes on the edges, and so on.  I’m wondering if on one of your rides, you would be willing to teach us the rest of your worldwide audience what all that paint is about?  Even if we never get to ride in Britain, at least we’ll have a better understanding of what you’re doing.  Cheers!

For a moment I thought you were heading for the Yonderman cafe on the A623 for a coffee.

i don't mind mistakes but would like to see the tight turn. people will learn from ur mistakes.
