Good to see young people getting into biking.

Congrats!! I did the same a month back, never sat on a bike, took a 5 day intensive course including CBT + tests. Passed my full licence test within 5 days of first sitting on a bike

Great video mate good on you congrats. I have subbed 👍👍

Well done. Went through the same over the last 8 months, was very indecisive about going from CBT to A, but my partner and friend pushed me to get the full licence. Now I love the noise my Stripple makes

This was a great video, took my licence back in 2008 I'm a big guy so the instructor put me straight on to a honda 500 for CBT and the rest of the DAS and i loved it. Haven't ridden much since then but just got a bike last year and loving it, keep riding and stay safe.

i just turned 24 this year and done my DAS in august and passed surprisingly with 0 minors on mod 1 and 1 minor on mod 2 . You did great for just starting out on bikes. Ive been on a 125 since i was 21 with daily use. Congrats man!

Good vid 👍 i subbed 💯

Brilliant video! So glad that you set yourself the challenge with a deadline! Some people just say
“ I want to get my full licence “ but don’t actually give themselves a time frame! Going from no experience to completing your CBT to and hiring a bike while lacking experience and not being confident is commendable! You gotta give yourself credit for that bro. Well done for going back to do your Mod 2 as soon as possible. I’ve seen people fail their Mod 1 twice and just give up the full licence?? The right stance is to get back up again and get it done!!
Great vid, very transparent and documented well!
This will inspire many to go get their full licence!
I’m based in London too I’ll see you on the roads soon!

Congratulations and enjoy it, I’ve been riding for years and it still makes me smile every time I go out on one of my motorbikes, it’s just so much fun pottering around down country roads and enjoying being completely detached from everything that’s bothering you, just you the bike and the road.

Now the learning starts.

Congrats! Exciting times ahead. Could I recommend getting yourself earplugs as well. Plus wearing base layer, would help to feel more comfortable with any weather. Even with hot weather.

Just watched your video well done mate I've just passed my direct acsess great video mate congrats

Well done on completing your test. I took and passed my bike test in 1992, I had various motorcycles until around 2000, then due to personal circumstances, I never owend or rode a motorcycle again, that is until this summer, when I decided to ride again. l initially thought it would be a breeze, until I had the bike delivered [Honda CB 500X] then the fear kicked in! It sat in the garage for a month, I eventually  took a one hour refresher course, which was enough to get me going again.

Well done... I took 5 day course & passed.. Id never even sat on a bike!!😮😮

Congrats! About to start my own journey. Just the thought of these tests and I'm bricking it.

Damn man, I am doing mine at the moment and your idea of renting a motorbike is so brilliant! Here, south west of england the “zero experience” course is pretty pricy. But if I rent a 125cc bike for a week, I can go for the “experienced” category and I save lots of money! Thanks for the idea!!!!!! 😅👍

My journey was very similar to yours, never sat on a bike before. Also at 29 years old, last year I attempted my cbt on 10th September (but i had to retake it) and i eventually passed Mod 2 (second attempt) two months later on 9th December. Since then Ive done over 8000 miles on my sv650. Congrats!

Congratulations!

Its always interesting seeing how different people approach the UK learning process.

I got mine last year and ended up doing a 5 day intensive course, had never sat on a bike before in my entire life and managed to pass both MOD 1 and MOD 2 first time

Shame that insurance prices stopped me getting the bike so far but one day😔

inspiring

I got my bike license 40 years ago. It was so much simpler back then. I often wonder if I'd pass my test if I took it now. Lol.
