Just preordered the Ocarina of time edition. Very excited and can't wait as an avid Zelda fan!

There are some people who just won’t get the vibe of owning a Switch 2 and its games. These people are thinking about an extra 5 fps on some other console costing $1,000, a better screen, or counting pixels on one port or another. I just buy a game, download it, play it, switch off the console, switch it back on four hours later, and a second later I’m playing from exactly where I left off without any problems. Nintendo exclusives are in a league of their own – they’re just brilliant. Just look at how many there are and how often they’re released; I’m constantly getting new content. I love that so many games are coming out from third-party developers. Yes, I like the fact that the selection is limited, because if I had access to all the games like on Steam Deck, I’d never have played Lies of P or *Final Fantasy*; so for me, it’s brilliant that there’s a certain exclusivity, and that makes it all the more interesting to see a particular port. I don’t know, I reckon Nintendo won the console war without even taking part in it. They just make games, rather than investing hundreds of millions in a single blockbuster a year

All the points you made are valid, I purchased a switch 2 last week and I feel like I'm in my childhood again just playing Mario and Pokémon it's just fun stuff!

Last year, I was thinking about getting back into gaming after an eight-year hiatus. I considered using my computer, but I really didn't want to risk any issues since it's my work machine.

So, it came down to a choice between the Switch and the PS5. With the Switch, I’d get portable gaming—perfect for my travels—though I’d sacrifice the many AAA titles available on the PS5; however, I’d gain access to a huge library of Nintendo games, so the choice was tough.

Well... Nintendo announced the Switch 2, making the decision much easier—and a year later, I can play RE 7, 8, and 9 on my hybrid console but also Wiiu portet games- Switch games and switch 2 games at the price of 500$..Aka launch price.

I caved after the OOT information came out (and sadly just after a price increase). So far the thing I'm enjoying more than any other feature is resuming games. I can turn that thing on and resume where I was in seconds compared to most other consoles and my PC. That's been a huge benefit for my limited time I have to play anything.

Switch 2 has been my entertainment console I’ve had in quite some times. Games like Banzana and plenty more I want to try out are on here, and I can’t to experience those future games once I get them. The world rn is in a shaker position so it’s nice I have a console that I can just enjoy❤

People always say Nintendo is greedy and raises prices, but look how many developers and workers they layoff?

Hi Phillip, this is the first video of yours that you have watched. I'm subscribed now. I'm very impressed with the quality of editing for being a single creator. May I ask what video editing platform you use?

I’m playing romancing saga 2 on it and I’m loving it 😍

PS5: Doesn't have Bayonetta

Switch 2: Does have Bayonetta

Switch 2 wins

You are the goat; I just got my Switch 2 😭❤️. I have been an Xbox and PC player my entire life and never truly wanted a PS5, as it does not suit me, the same games appear on Xbox and PC. I owned the original Nintendo Switch and disliked its lack of power for newer titles; even first-party games looked poor from a PC perspective, with frame rates sometimes below 30 fps, absolutely not.

I expected the same issue with the Switch 2, but I was mistaken. The power of the Switch 2 is simply unbelievable for the price; Cyberpunk really opened my eyes. The best part, of course, is the first-party games, which look and feel amazing. I have a library of over 3,000 titles on Steam, yet the Switch is capturing all my attention now. Playing excellent games anywhere, those brief 20-minute sessions between work or activities is something my PC cannot do. I can play comfortably on a plane, another feat my desktop cannot manage. I have a decent laptop, but it weighs about 300 tons and the fans become intense; I can play anywhere, but comfort is entirely absent.

In my view, if you are a PC gamer, the Switch 2 is the best second device. If you plan to sit and play for hours at home and already own a PC, an Xbox or PlayStation makes little sense because all exclusives are on PC, so play on your PC, lol.

The Switch 2 has enough power to satisfy a demanding PC gamer while offering the chance to play anywhere. Also, having two pairs of Joy-Cons means unlimited fun with up to four friends. You have to try Mario Kart World.

Yea got s2 in august, playing botw, mario oddyssey and splatoon raiders, and they all look great

I dont a single 1st party nintendo game and have no plans of buying one in the future yet i love my switch 2. I preferred it so much to my laptop/steam deck and ps4 that i sold my steam deck + ps4. Then i just set aside my laptop for work.

I just enjoy gaming on the switch 2.

Switch 2 is such an amazing console.

Although a year has passed, I have yet to find a compelling exclusive title for the Switch 2, as most offerings remain cross-platform. Nevertheless, I opted to purchase the console at the year-end promotional price to secure it in anticipation of future software releases and to mitigate the risk of potential hardware price hikes, similar to those observed with the PS5.

I agree with your view on graphics. Once you reach a threshold, visuals are not that important.

But what MAKES a big difference is framerate...

Playing a game on just 30 fps on the Switch 2 compared to 60 fps on a more powerful system like a decent PC... is HUGE.

For example, Dark Souls Remastered is still locked on 30 fps on the Switch 2.

And it feels so sloppy compared to playing that game on a gaming PC... or even a PC handheld.

But overall, I think the Switch 2 is a great device... and I can absolutely see why people like it so much.

So I'm happy for you guys to enjoy! :)

I agree it has completed games, exclusives and cheaper online. The only complaint is the games cost more

I got my friends switch 2 for my oled switch and 250$ lol I think it was a good trade

I pre-ordered Ocarina of Time and I dont even own a Switch 2 😅
