Which Villain Got nerfed the Hardest?

Short answer: Plot Armor

ngl, Lord Business makes sense though, he's just a representation of a dad, slowly realizing/remembering that legos are mostly for fun.

Just now realizing Kai was basically Suguru Geto

Lokey, Tai Lung got nerfed so hard.

If the villain wins but still eventually has to lose, then the first movie they appear in has them winning as the ending, and in the sequel of that movie, the villain loses as the ending of the movie. That way, the villain still wins but eventually loses. And, instead of nerfing them, the main characters actively study the villain's movements and weaknesses.. so that their loss isn't stupid. It makes sense.

Jafar has some defenders. His entire goal was to be the absolute ruler of everything. He wished for more and more power to bring everyone down to his heel. His entire motivation was his pride and greed. His pride because he wasn't in charge. And his greed for power because despite becoming saltuan, they still refused to submit to him. And finally he learns that the Genie is more powerful than, and now think about his current mental state. He is overflowing with pride, he isn't thinking straight, he's forgetting important details all for the sake of his dignity. And Aladdin knew that. Jafar's biggest weaknesses was always his arrogance that blinded him.

Another day, another gross misunderstanding of Kung Fu Panda.

- Kai specifically has to remote control the Jade Zombies, so Po's entire battle plan was to throw so much random shit at him that he can't focus on any one part of the battle, giving Po the opening to send him to the spirit realm. It wasn't the Pandas learning Kung Fu, it was just them being themselves, which is the core theme of the movie.
- Po didn't so much give Kai his Chi as he did just shove it all in there. Kai couldn't un-absorb it, much in the same way you can't un-stab yourself with a sword. Pandas were also implied to have a natural talent for Chi, as it was Pandas who taught Oogway how to use it in the first place. So it wasn't just Po's Chi, but an entire village of Pandas worth of Chi (which was how Po was revived) all at once that overwhelmed Kai.
- The only time Po gets lucky is when Shen shoots him with the cannonball in KFP2, and even then he needed medical attention afterwards. Every other time, it's either something he learned in the movie, his biology (such as his flabbiness hard-countering Tai Lung's high-impact fighting style) or innate talent. You're making the same mistake all the villains do and underestimating Po. Po was never taught all his skills, he was taught to focus his innate skills, such as accidentally performing a perfect split to get food, or his lightning reflexes such as when he catches all the bowls of noodles Mr. Ping throws at him at the start of KFP1.
- Uhh, yes. Po's flabbiness is hard-countering Tai Lung, as previously mentioned. It's literally how their battle starts. Tai Lung punches Po, but because he's like a giant blob of jelly, he just bounces back and reflects the attack. He might not be as fat as a rhino, but that rhino's fat is solid. Po's is basically liquid. Also at that point, Tai Lung's entire reason for existing and doing what he does has just been made irrelevant, so he loses his steely focus he has in the rest of the movie and defaults to nerve attacks.
- It's implied the Wuxi Finger Hold is a stunlock, hence why it's a HOLD. When Shifu uses it on Po, it's quite obvious that Po, despite being ten times Shifu's size, can't just back out of it, meaning physical strength is irrelevant. The same goes for Tai Lung.

but if they win in one movie in dreamworks, cinemas will be full

Lord Business had to be nerfed. He has the most powerful weapon in the lego movie universe ... Dad's credit card. If anything, he's the one with plot armor

The most realistic nerf could be ego

Syndrome makes sense to me. The arrogance at the end matches the charter they were building up for  him for the entire movie.
In chess they say "there is no harder game to win then won game". It can be very easy to give into tunnel vision when you get a huge advantage.
For example you're so happy about getting the winning position you forget your winnings sequence for a moment and miss that you skipping the setup move you needed to make the move your making. Running the win you where just jubilant about.
The same thing can happen when make a bluder as well. You are so focused on making up for the weakness your first bluder caused you miss the other weaknesses you need to secure that your opponent is more then happy to take advantage of.

Being inferior doesn't guarantee loss, being superior doesn't guarantee victory. Plus there's plot armor.

Your brain does kind of mush when the only thing you ever worked for, turns ofmut to be s lie, like Tai lung

To be fair, when the Titans are released in Hercules, they were heading toward Mount Othrys, their old stronghold having expected the Olympians to have taken it over instead of creating a different base of power. And Mount Othrys on a map is literally the opposite direction of Olympus, hence why they were going the wrong direction. Everything else is pretty spot on though.

4:41 Rhino's has armor, they protect their skin, not reflect attack directly like Po's body

I have a hot take on Thai Lung. The reason why Thai Lung lost is because instead of finishing Po immediately, his main focus was on the scroll, and that cost him time, focus, and energy. His ego drained him before he realizes

The thing with Pitch in the guardians movie is that he made the mistake of attacking the kids. He made them brave. Which means he couldn’t touch them. His power doesn’t matter if he can’t touch them. And I don’t mean can’t touch them in a they didn’t believe in him anymore kind of way, because they did still believe in him. I mean can’t touch them in the sense that he has no power over them, because they don’t fear him.

To use an analogy; you can tell employees what to do because you’re paying them. But as soon as they quit? They don’t have to listen to you anymore. Your power doesn’t matter.

To make matters worse, Pitch was using Nightmares, which are Sandman’s domain. He took out Sandman first, because Sandman is the strongest Guardian and is directly opposed to what Pitch was doing with dreams/nightmares. The kids’ bravery, their dreams, revived Sandman. Sandman then, using his power over dreams, gave the kids good dreams, dreams about the guardians, and quelled their fear of pitch, making them not believe in him anymore.
