The thing you gotta remember- at the end of the series sasuke said he was jealous of naruto, and going back you can see that it was true-
Pre shippuden sasuke had to basically watch naruto own everybody in the fights.
Haku owned sasuke, then he wakes up to naruto having beaten him. Sasuke fears orochimaru, then watches naruto put up a decent fight, and naruto calls him a chicken. Sasuke loses to gaara, then watches naruto beat him. Sasuke fights naruto on the rooftop, and sees the rasengan would've won against his chidori.
So at least for in universe fights, even sasuke would glaze naruto fights.

37:40, Naruto needing to tank a Kunai through his hand gives that moment aura that the Rasenshuriken moment is missing. The Rasenshuriken itself is cool, but he lands the attack using a basic clone fake out that we've already seen a dozen times.

Sage you gotta rank best moments in Naruto

We fuck with sage on this channel

Took me longer than I'm proud of to realize you were ranking Naruto's fights specifically and not just fights from the show

Would like a vid like this for Sasuke's fights too

Damn it ok I'll watch this in the morning

Luv the Naruto/ boruto videos

Naruto vs Neji:
Naruto: Damnit! Why doesn't blindly rushing him over and over ever work?!

I don’t know much about Naruto but I’ll still watch and support you GOAT 🫡

Cool ranking. Don't have too many complaints.
I do agree that Naruto vs Sasuke Part 1 is truly Peak

Yea ngl my top 3 is kakashi vs obito, Naruto and sasuke vs momoshiki and Naruto vs sasuke eos. No specific order between them tho

Not gonna lie, the Garra fight did drag a bit, but it was still good. They would use like one or two moves and then there wound be another five minute flashback, like, could they not have just set up Garra’s backstory earlier? I don’t know, to me it just felt really annoying when the fight kept getting interrupted after every other move because the story forgot to tell us about Garra. It was good, don’t get me wrong, but it could have been even better.

If someone competent arrived before blind madara stole sage mode from hashirama

He was dead…

Sasuke was just a few seconds late if you think about it 😞

38:40 i agree 100%. I can understand there being discourse for a show like dbz for example for the best fight of the series cause there are many fights that are equally as good, but Naruto vs. Sasuke in part one is easily the best fight in the series

Goated show

LMAO I got to the Naruto v Kiba section and said to myself "honestly you could rank it a tier lower than 'put the kunai down'" one of the only fights I would honestly skip through on rewatch (even more than something like Ino/Sakura)

Naruto's Ninja Handbook (the bulk of the fight with him vs Gaara) probably my top 3 favorite part 1 episodes. This fight deserves all the glaze and then some extra.

Naruto vs Sasuke part 1 Valley fight is genuinely peak. The impact it had on anime at the time too...it can't be overstated

And yeah, peeps do indeed underrate the Search for Tsunade arc entirely...never understood why personally. W list

Naruto vs Sasuke fight part 1 and 2 should be side by side

25:09 Naruto vs the Tsuchikage (the Mummy) btw. The picture's when he whipped out Planetary Rasengan.

My favorite fight was when Naruto used the rasengan 🤓
