I love data centres because a bird crapped on me one time and therefore I have an unrelenting hatred towards the natural world.

@shahrulakmal5217 3 days ago

I love that a reasonable HATE is what bring people together. Its like we are all colleagues collectively hate a specific boss/ co-worker

I knew the title was rage bait, and it still got me.

If the conservative cause has taught us anything, it's that nothing unites people more strongly than shared hate.

standing in the middle of the road with that sign is an interesting choice to say the least

Kudos for pointing out that there's a difference between a normal data center and these new ones being built out just for AI. We need to stop the expansion, but we do need some of them

I'm okay with data centers. Who needs water? I dont shower and coke tastes better anyway.

I got into it with a fellow programmer when he said it was fine for creators to suddenly become pro AI because "the technology improved". I told him I hope he gets a data center near the reservoir where his water comes from and he was shocked I could hope that for him. So many tech bros need a data center next to their homes for them to realize the harm it's doing.

"Contemporary eighth graders" is such a funny phrase to me

Maybe political leaders should not be allowed to sign NDAs.

Your own show is so much better. I am so happy you have your own channel!

16:18 Naming a datacenter Colossus is like naming your new device "the torment nexus".
Colossus: The Forbin Project is a movie I think more people should watch.

I'm starting to think you might not really love data centers...

Data centers wouldn't be a problem in a world that protected us, but we are not in that world so I can't abide them. But I do love that we are pulling together across the divide despite them

@Jerseyporkroll732 3 days ago

Man I'm glad you're not going the way of Taylor Lorenz 😂. Abolish data centers!

So nice to see our boy out here living his dream of doing Connor o'malley style bits

Great video. It does really feel like we living at a time of blooming nascent class consciousness.

Marx and Engels once again demonstrated their immense foresight when they said that the things that once distracted and divided the wealth producers (the working class) will no longer hold water as revolutionary potential builds.
