Let's go! Hilarious opening 😂

Love the story telling used here to explain why it's taking place there. I shared a similar sentiment with Falcon Wood, I ended up doing mine at Maple Lane to try to emulate the San Francisco neighborhood vibe.
Great game as always, looking forward to you doing the character packs 👀🙏

Thank you for sharing, another fun one to watch.
FYI: I read Joan's ultimate as referring to the TOTAL result, and not a blank die. I.e. if your full horror roll ended with no successes, then you can execute the one success line instead.

As someone who's never been a fan of the vignettes, this one seems pretty good. I feel the Wolfe Asylum was the perfect choice. I could swear there's at least one movie set in some kind of hospital where aliens are trying to assimilate people or something along those lines.
And it's true that we don't have any urban setting for FG. I took the time to compile a list, and out of the 22 existing locations as of S4, we have:

- 9 locations that are mostly outdoor: Camp Happy Trails, Sacred Groves, Carnival of Blood, Storybook Woods, Utopia, Shady Acres, Pesadilla Verde, Isla Lagarto, Christmas Village.
- 7 locations that are mostly one specific isolated building: Creech Manor, Station 2891, Wingard Cottage, Wolfe Asylum, Marrek Warehouse, Buddyland, L'armes Abbey.
- 4 locations that are a town or something most likely contained within a town or city: Maple Lane, Sunnydaze Mall, Falconwood, Mega BG Con.
- 2 special locations: The USS Konrad, Hellscape.

The USS Konrad could work for Terror from Beyond, as could Station 2891, although it would feel kinda similar to what already goes on in the regular FF. Maybe Shady Acres for the vegetation theme? But then you'd have the children doing an ancient ritual that has nothing to do with the aliens.

Omg I’ve been SO excited for this vignette 😫 love the setup already!

It's ok that you accidently killed that one assimilated by moving them into the common room, because they should've been dead with the dark power. At 28:24  You moved them to the space under the common room but they should've moved into the common room and died because that would've been fewer spaces to get to you. So the mistakes balance out! Cool playthrough. I've been excited to see someone play this! Can't wait to get my copy. Closest thing to a city would be Maple Lane but with this you would have to convince them to let you in their house and then pursade them out 😅 Exhausting.

I haven't yet watched the full playthrough, but you gave me a bit of a scare! I definitely did not see that coming!

I am part way in this video so maybe you catch it. I believe in Wolf Asylum your final girl starts with 1 pill at the beginning of the game! Cheers!

I've played this vignette 3 times now, twice on Isla Lagarto and once on L'armes Abbey. First 2 times I won before the finale flipped. On my third game my finale was the greenhouse. Was able to win that one too. I can easily say this is my favourite vignette so far. Great play through 😊

Great play through and looking forward to playing this once my season 4 arrives.

A city map would be great, if I find some free time I might try to do a fan made feature.

The two movies I think fit these well are 'The Running Man' original movie and 'Escape from New York'

I am thinking a map based on New York / Gotham, where there are a few escape options, bridges (which have blockades), helicopter, boat, subway, sewers etc.

You are on a game show where different killers 'Hunters' are added to the map, each with a unique ability and way to act, such as a flame thrower who adds fire tokens to the map, a hunter who emits electricity that powers down buildings / vehicles, a sniper who can attack from high locations to other spaces.

The game starts with no hunter but instead of the killer track advancing by victims being killed, each advances each turn and different hunters are added based on the killer track.

Or another option could be Blade Runner, where the rules are reversed, the killers are replicants who are somewhere on the maps but you need to investigate to find out where they are.

Once you get the required clues you add the replicant's to the map and you are required to hunt them down and retire them.

The map could be a futuristic city which will feel more lived in, victims are given personalities, such as the police chief, the genetic designer etc. who you can interactive with and ask questions to advance the investigation. You  can also have special locations such as your apartment, police station etc where you can revisit to either recover or analyse clues you have found.

Fun play through - thanks!!! I only have Beyond the Grave and didn’t like the fiddliness of panicking all the zombies so this one looks better. You wanted a “generic city” or “night time downtown” map so I was wondering why you didn’t pick Maple Lane. Wingard Cottage could be good too with few extra rules and a crafted weapon could be good for taking out the Greenhouse or whatever that finale task was.

This one looks so cool, can't wait to try it! Just a side note, I think you already start with one pill.

For the colony (algorithm) 🐜!

Great Videos, I like them a lot.
A minor thing though: You forgot to draw 2 side effects when you took those pills: 30:40

I have been playing it at Maple Lane -- a good suburbia invasion.    Though you're right that it is disappointing that we don't have a city yet.  Volkar in the city = Predator 2.
