As a longtime Northwestern fan (since the late 70's), it's just astonishing to think how far we've come as a program. To think that of all colleges, that we'd be the one with the finest stadium in the land is so unbelievably cool. I'm sure all the home games are sold out for this year, but I hope to make it there in person next year or the year after.

Imagine if the stadium ever gets packed with all 35,000 seats filled. That would be cool and loud. I really hope to all Northwestern fans that u guys will get amazing coaches and players to help this team and I hope someday, that the stadium would be packed and really loud too.

Beautiful stadium. Gorgeous building. Student section should be kept purple. No one wants to hold on to a black railing in direct sunlight in early season or at a summer non-football event concert if it's scorching, and any black paint in sunlight will heat that area up or trap heat...Plus the cleaning of it no matter the light/time of day or temperature. Purple flow throughout looks more streamlined and integrated...that purple color looks great on those seats and railings.

You already have the black paint in the tunnel. Less is more...keep it to the accented areas. Awesome stadium throughout still, and beautiful design.

The design looks really clean. It’s as if nothing was added that was unnecessary but it’s missing nothing. I’d have to go inside to really know for sure but it just looks great.

Those video screens are big, but starting this season, Big10 rival U of Illinois will have the Largest Video Screen in NCAA Football. But this field is truly impressive.

I'm a Northwestern alum. Hope I can get back to Evanston for a game, but not likely soon as I live in Vietnam now. The stadium looks great, though. The old one was certainly . . . old.
