I would so love a tropical south pacific version of this game

Dartmoor has the setting that means the most to my family, and with an expansion coming, stays on top. But they all look great!

Thank you sooo much for the review and all of these kind words! 💚 We're happy to hear, we made you happy with this standalone!

I live in the Smokies, haven't played Forest Shuffle yet and really can't wait to give this one a try.

sold me on the rivers/fish addition...so cool

Asmodee putting their name on the front of the box and Lookout Games on the side is reminiscent of what Hasbro did when they slowly started phasing out the Parker Brothers and Milton Bradley brands.

The way we help with our scoring, we use a bag of flat river stones from a pet shop. As we score a card put a rock on that card. You could also use small wooden blocks, legos, etc. I like the natural colored rocks because it goes along with the theme of the game.

Dartmoor has an expansion just released called Exmoor. This adds the flip card system you mentioned.

And yes the Dartmoor has paler cards but very represents the feel of where Dartmoor is.

Love the forest shuffle games so can’t wait to play this one.

Yeah, I'll be picking this one up. I'm so glad I held off on Dartmoor.

Finally, bro. I've been waiting to hop into Forest Shuffle. I thought Dartmoor, as a standalone game, would be a good starting point, but the moorlands of England really did not resonate with me unfortunately.

Love the original with the expansions! I didn't really feel the need for Dartmoor but I'm really excited to try this one. I doubt it would replace the original, I would more than likely keep both.

Great review, thanks guys. I like the original Forest Shuffle already. I look forward to giving this one a try too!

Thanks so much for your reviews! Glad to hear this is one to get even though I already have the first 2.

Original with all the expansions is already a 10 for me… and I’m even MORE excited about this one! I preordered it, but cannot wait!!! Glad you all like it!

I just played Dartmoor yesterday, I did horrendously, but I felt like I didn't really focus on anything in particular and kiboshed some scoring opportunities, so room for work! I was on the fence about this until I realised there were fish, so now it's a must buy! I'm hoping to get all the versions played a bit more before I can really decide on a favourite

I think forest shuffle has become best as a package to be played at different times of the year. OG is very summer vibes, Dartmoor is very cool/rainy season vibes and this is PSL/football and a sweater vibes. I’m all in for snowy season vibes next lol
