i pay more attention to wizardhyeong than i ever did in school

i went down from master 4/5 (which i was hardstuck at for a while) to dia 3 in two days. Then after that, shot to m1, fell again, then gm 5, then fell all the way to diamond again. Two months later I'm eu champ dps, ~ top 200. You can't just get better, but you can get worse; so get worse, since that's how you learn.

If you wanna focus please make sure you sleep enough.

I started improving the more i stopped blaming my team and started blaming myself on what I could have done better. I realized you can't full control of what your randoms do but have full control on what you do.

Tunneling on one concept you are trying to improve becomes much easier when you have taken the Chill Pill. They go hand in hand.

WizardHyeong is the thinking man's coach.

Bro I ain't even gon lie. I feel like this was on some life shit for me not even gaming.

So basically it’s how long you can stay locked into the lessons you were recently taught. Like how long you can remember to apply what you were taught over your habits. The difference between learning how to box and actually using what you learned during a fight.

This is by far THE best free content for improving that exists out there. It goes past just one game in the way you teach, you teach how to learn instead of learning concepts and that's something that I don't see enough. Controlling every factor that you are able to, but also learning to ignore what you can't.

If you focus on building the mind, the rest follow.

The cool thing about this to me is that the concept of a “focus muscle” applies to things outside of gaming as well. You need to do this to get better at basically anything

you always make videos on things I'm thinking about lol

Brother.. why am I watching your videos while working on myself irl lolol… your perspective is so good and I am smart enough to extrapolate that to the real world.  Being a gamer myself… it just works for me.  So thank you 🙏🏼

Back in the day I climbed to rank 54 in eu on console using a lot of your videos! Thank you for keeping free content up

So many people don't take this into account when learning and don't want to be bad in the mean time to get better. Great video hyeong!

heard this from a street fighter video years ago

That point on losing is really important. It's part of the process. It happened to me too. Was stuck in plat 2, decided to follow Wizardhyeongs advice on focusing on positioning, and I dropped to gold 3 with two loss streaks. after practicing more and more I eventually climbed up to diamond.

Wizardhyeong with the new magic 🔥🙏

the best teacher on youtube!

The soldier suffers from a case of "I have to do something" sometimes u have to do nothing to make the right decision for example in league of legends in jgl nowadays u just full clear and then make a decision which is the correct play most of the time and simplifies ur decision making meanwhile the low ELO mindset is "I have to do everything for my team"

You’re badass bro, bringing psychology into the game.
Haha so many don’t realize how far this will take you.
