He used to constantly tell me “Don’t think too much. I want you to just relax.”

Narcs do not care as to what's true or not, rather are exponentially more concerned with desperately trying to control how they are perceived by others.

They can't not emerge "the victim" at all times, non optional. This is why it's always, ALWAYS 110% the fault of the other person(s) and never ever on them at all.

They do not self reflect or look inward and think of their own patterns of behavior, rather will work relentlessly to try to paint the other person as just "all bad!" and their self as "all good".

Textbook narc 101 stuff, all day and night long.

Shout out to Lisa Sonni! ❤Love her ❤

Doc, good to see you again. See what happens when we don’t see you for a while…….everything has gone to the dogs lol.
I am really glad to hear your perspective!!!!!

Thank you for having a conversation about these deceptive creatures. Super tired of hearing talk about the mainstream narcissist. Mine is calm, cool and confident of all times, at the best restaurants, travel, etc. having said that he’d leave me for dead if he wanted to catch up with an ex and is 100% shameless.

loved your book Dr. Simon

I think one of their main goals is to control our perceptions

The last therapy office I was going to WAS the PROBLEM.

So simple so true. They just want you to believe what they want you to think!

What we are dealing with here is evil people who have been possessed by demons, entities and discarnates.  It is spiritual warfare!

Yes but sometimes it s the mother….

I wish there was still online workshop 😢
The ones like  I find it is even more complicated for survivors / co-parenting / court process
Dr Simon seems highly knowledge, I will deffinetly look out for his books 😊 note English isn't my mother tang , so lacking !

What Dr. George Simon Jr. describes is real. I wonder what mistakes in hypotheses we are making today which works better than letting people struggle on their own for awhile but then leaves the person later with more problems which could have been prevented. Like for example how some survivors of Polio needed more rest than the average person did for a long time but they didn't always get enough when  looking only on the surface like everybody else applying for work. Those survivors died younger than the others did. We can only do our best.

Therapy induced trauma. 😮 Tell me about it.

Why does Lisa Sonni feign as if only men do this to women though?

Her angle on winds up amounting to echo chamber effects that reinforces actual, true/pathological NPD by validating their stance instead of at all challenging them.
