What are your thoughts on Shelley's case?

For a child to discover a body in that condition is so very sad. Innocence gone. Childhoods end right there.

Thank you, Crimes that Haunt Us.

She must've accepted a ride from a "friendly" stranger which turned out to be a grave mistake.

I would say the most likely suspect is Christopher Hampton, it seems he was working very near to where Shelleys body was discovered. Also some similarities with the Melanie Road case, which he did do.

Its so scary to think you can just disappear one day and be discovered later murdered.
Hitchiking was more of a common thing back then.
I was 10 when this happened 51 now chances of the killer being alive are slim.
Lets hope the family get closer one day.

Thankyou for another great video🎉

It makes me wonder if the missing clothes and other items are stored somewhere as twisted trophies, or were they discarded for fear of the evidence they may have held?

Those poor children must have been terrified, a mother is usually the most reliable person in a childs life. It can only be hoped her murder was swift and barely felt, as her terror for her poor children would have been uppermost in her mind as a mother.

I hope they catch the monster that did this, the family at least deserve justice.😢

I was really hoping this video would end with her killer being found and brought to justice. Hope you’re able to do an update with just that one day.

Your pronunciation of Karjalainen was a valiant effort. Subscribing 😋

As a middle aged man i can never ever understand what drives a man to take the life of an innocent woman or child,it takes an absolute beast to carry out such a truly horrific act,i can't understand what part of the brain makes it ok to carry out and then live with the crime,i hope it eats their conscious and keeps them awake at night, nobody deserves to leave this earth in such a violent and brutal way ,rip 🙏 and ❤ to the family of Shelly Morgan just sad.

I still remember this case, I’m from Bristol and Hampton lived not far from me ,although I didn’t know it at the time, the Bath murder also stands out but that was solved., I do hope the family can get justice for this horrible crime, and thank you for the background into Shelley’s life
