Can the Hoenn Gym Leaders actually make it through Hoenn?

Gym leaders are generally considered some of the toughest trainers in Pokémon. But how do they compare to each other? And more importantly, can they make it through Pokémon Emerald to become the Hoenn champions? Let's find out. .

DISCLAIMER:  Apparently Barboach is a thing, which Juan conventionally forgot about. This would not have made the roxanne, wattson, or flannery battles much harder at all, because his team was still solid. Brawly would have been more difficult but still very doable I think. Sorry about that huge mistake, don't know how I messed that up so bad.
