So ads are on this now? Wow, full circle isn't it.

Don't you just love it when you're scrolling through your homepage and then you come across an entire movie just sitting there?

All films are equal, but some films are objectively better than others!

I like how this movie is posted just to spite the "newer" version of Animal Farm.

“Laughterhouse? I love to laugh!” I say as I get turned into a husk of what I once was in movie form

I wish this comment section was filled with actual discussion about this movie rather than everyone saying “boy, this is so much better than the new one!” as if that’s some sort of astonishing revelation

A powerful message corrupted and bastardized by the very same whom this movie warned about.

Snowball is what a leader does.

Napoleon is what a dictator does.

I feel especially bad for Boxer. Poor Horsey genuinely believed in the dream and didn't deserve to go out in that fashion.

“You let one ant stand up to us, then they all might stand up. Those puny little ants outnumber us a hundred to one. And if they ever figure that out... there goes our way of life! It’s not about food, it’s about keeping those ants in line.”

-Hopper

Oh the good version. Thanks

It's sad that George Orwell passed away in 1950 a few years before this film was made. Fortunately mankind can still watch this and read his novel rather than the parody movie made in 2026.

Kinda cool how one guy basically voiced all the animals

God the scene with Benjamin crying and chasing Boxer is so sad

the cat dying for no reason scene is haunting... that scene left more of an impact than anything from the 2026 movie

"Do what you want 'cause a pirate is free. You are a pirate!"

All adaptations are equal, but some are more equal than others

The donkey deserved his villain arc

Thank you as a high school student who's reading animal farm for school

Imagine being old major. Imagine dying knowing that a successful revolution took place but your very own species became the very thing you hoped for all animals to be safe from.

You could even say it is worse as there is only one Jones but even more pigs and secret service dogs, let alone the fact Mr Jones didn't rewrite history.
