hes ok a bit of inconsistency in following the recipe he forget white pepper on the first fried rice also seeing that he likes to let the wok get cold if any food is sticking to the bottom most of the time its the lack of heat also you can garnish when you put the plate up not while you pour the food its the same amount of reaching/ time i usually have the water spigot for the hot pot at a slow drip so you dont have to boil the water in the wok, chicken lettuce needs the. garlic and scallion thrown first besides that all i see are skills beimg honed good job 👍🏼

I would love to see the person prepping all these ingredients so the wok cooking can continue uninterrupted!
