you know he is serious when he keeps his own pans in his locker.

I’ve been an Executive Chef for over 20 years…you got hands bro.  I’m glad you show people what it’s really like, not that food network glorified bs.

Im now convinced he records these as ammo to show the boss how much the servers are slacking 😂

There's no better feeling than being busy and in that perfect flow.

The frequency that you wash your hands and change your gloves is comforting

This is video proof as to why this man deserves a damn raise. Next time I eat out, I shall tip the cook individually.

Servers need to pick up the pace and match this man's hard work. Food just sitting there getting cold

You're narration and commentary is what's needed.superb boss.youre already multi tasking and adding words adds to the whole experience

Cool, calm and collected while multitasking all these tickets. Mad respect!!

That pancake flip was slick.

It never occurred to me that people wouldn't know what hashbrowns were lol, great to see you work as always

Dad was a line cook for a few years! I remember going in and out kitchens every day after school. Big reason why I love cooking now!

You, my friend, are one hell of an impressive cook. You have skills!

I have so much respect for line cooks. I understand how insanely stressful it can be. I couldn't do it. And I don't know how anyone can do it. And I wish I could % my total tip, because 75% of my tip would go to the cooks every time.

amber trying not to piss off the youtube crew

Working alone in a busy kitchen is insane.  Very impressed.   The egg flip is good.  I end up with scrambled eggs every time.

You're calm, organized and just amazing.  Knocking out those orders.

Not only is that food looking fantastic,  the grill/stove also look very well maintained. Dude is a machine, hope if he wants his own restaurant he gets it.

I loooooove corned beef hash.  Not many restaurants serve it anymore but I think it goes better with eggs than bacon.  And your right its best nice and crispy!  I think folks are missing out.

Former line cook and I never came close to this guy's speed and effectiveness this guy displays on every video.  I have nothing but respect for this man
