Dear Abel, fellow Kiwi here living in Scotland.. Last night I had to reveal to my wife, that this week I took purchase of a Nortent Vern 3, and that may have a bearing on the budget for Christmas gifts.  When you last took it out I just knew it was the tent for me. How much she asked me several times! And then this video dropped. Very timely, she could see what it means, and said all I need is the stove at some point. I thought there's probably no better time than now to also reveal that I bought the stove as well😂😂. This is on you buddy😎😎. Seriously, all good, happy birthday, all the best with the move and the birth of your second child. I found you through the Hilliberg gt storm video. I wanted that, but it was too much, so pleased to have found the Vern instead. Cheers.

I am recovering from a serious hip injury and I'm getting better and you're making me super excited to go camp and cook and be out in the wild again.

I really appreciate your videos.  You are so down to earth.  Showing us beautiful New Zealand and having great camps.  Thank you for being so genuine.  Give my best to Victoria and the babies.

Happy birthday Abel! I remember 34, those are the best years of your life, those 30s, enjoy !

I’m so happy that I found your channel. I use to be a huge AB camp fan but I cannot deal with all of his politic talk. Love watching your camps!

Steak is hard to beat! Live it up my man!

Respect on using the bush knife on the steak. Another great video!

Thank you for the video. Hope your family are well. 👍

Man, that southern night sky is so stunningly beautiful!😊

Thanks for a great film. Good luck with the house move!

You are just so nice to listen to. SO FRIENDLY.

My goodness you must have a huge garage for all the camping gear.  That looks and sounds amazing.  I love the water sounds.  When my husband was alive, we often camped next to the river.  I'm from USA Michigan and we would go to the upper peninsula and pitch the tent.  Night time around the fire and watching the stars.  No better place to be.  Thank you for taking me with you.

I absolutely love your videos! ❤️ They’re so beautiful and peaceful, and there’s something about them that feels so calming and comforting. I truly enjoy watching them! Thank you.

I love watching you cook and eat...so wholesome!

New Zealand is on my bucket list of countries I want to visit. I’m simply in love with the country's culture. My dad went there on a business trip over 20 years ago—specifically to Christchurch. I was about 14 at the time, and he brought me back an All Blacks T-shirt (the New Zealand national rugby team); the back of the shirt featured the lyrics to the haka—it was amazing. Unfortunately, it’s about 18,000 kilometers from Poland to New Zealand, and flight tickets are incredibly expensive. Still, there’s no harm in dreaming, since it doesn’t cost a thing. Warm regards from a now-chilly Poland—it’s autumn here.

Happy birthday Abel, congrats on all the exciting happenings in your life. Can we get a photo of your family, NOo ok.❤

The tent with the lights on against the night sky was gorgeous! Happy birthday and congratulations on the new house!
