Bro you always vibrating high never give off bad vibes.  Consistency luther 💯

Yo Luther, your  message today definitely resonates with me. Lock in, reduce the noise,no leakage, continue to reinvest in yourself. The thirst for female validation is greatly reduced, as my self image and confidence increases. My compound efforts like compound interest.  I love  it here. Im 5ft 8...Jan 2024 @ 280lbs, today July 2026 @ 200bs. Size 44 jeans down to size 34 jeans. Farmers walks, dumbell circuits, nutrition and rest 💪

When you’re lean you can wear a tank top and some $15 Old Navy shorts and look better than the big belly dudes in name brand fits 😂

A token of my appreciation words only do so much.

Luther, this “lean” mindset literally has been the foundation for me to level up in every aspect.

Thank you thank you thank you

Good point about no arguing with women. I saw on another YouTube channel about why you should NEVER argue with women and they subconsciously lose respect for you. Healthy disagreements are perfectly fine but arguing and getting more emotional is definitely not masculine.

7:22 This is very important.. the self you develop when you keep the promises you make to yourself. Went from 237 at 6’2 down toward 190 10% never felt better about every single thing in my life.. i took the power back and my discipline in every single area is fucken locked in. I can write a book on everything i’ve experienced lean vs being big and bulky and I take lean and mean every single fucken time. Just for the energy increase it’s beyond worth it, the women attention is crazy but i got shit to do .. like saving my bloodline from peasantry.. and that was not going to happen being an impulsive slave.

“I want to do some things to you Luther” that shixt took me out 🤣🤣🤣. This just shows the power of sexual attraction 💯💪🏾

Every promise I keep to myself slowly makes me more and more confident. Once the momentum is built it gets easier for sure.

You're right. Focusing on yourself is the best use of your time. I'm 41 and I've experienced a lot of women. I can honestly say the majority of those experiences were a waste of time, although I've learned many lessons.

I been a 3rd round pick but on my lean life style and a projected 1st now. Crazy thing is now I’m choosing who I want on my team and if they are a good fit. The dynamics change

When you have more facial definition people are going to notice it. Yeah snack all day and eat chips at night and no definition at all.

🙏🙏🙏better fitting clothes just goes crazy

These calm videos are really nice before I fall asleep. All good points

"You can control removing yourself from a situation that doesn't align with you"! Truthhh

Love these videos bro, helps to keep me accountable.

Time for you to blow up on here man, 44k for the game you give is wild. Keep inspiring man!

You’re so sweet and soft in this one. A couple months ago you were all like fuck dating 😂. I love that you explain how a good woman fits into a locked in man’s life

That James Bond reference was some real shit 😂
