Bro hit his zen mode flow state!

Got to my preferred weight on my cut, was about to celebrate by smoking weed after leaving that shit for 9 months, but remembered everything I have done without that trash in the last few months, STAY MOTIVATED YALL, and thank you for that extra motivation Luther! 💪🏽

How I practice letting go of what I can't control:
Unsubscribe to all mainstream news, drama/gossip youtubers, click baiters, and time wasters.
Replaced with productive and healthy input, deeds, and actions.

People are getting offended by the word 'no' nowadays. Especially at work. No is quickly becoming my favourite word to use there.

“True peace is going to look like confidence” that was a bar my brother 🔥

Being at peace doesn’t equal being okay with your environment. Politics affects that

"Things happen in the pace they happen at just focus on the inputs" 💪🔒

Legendary refresh pull. Stay motivated mfs🤝

It all started with the gym 3 months back in & never leaving. It gave me something money can’t buy.

Contentment 💯🌿🪬

I had a idiot try to road rage with me, im so at peace i gave dude a thumbs up lol he started spiraling 😂

You are so right about the lack of real urgency in messages you receive from others..I LOATHE AND HATE when ppl call me and/or text me with pointless messages

Durag Luther back 🔥🔥

Suzanne is my favourite character in the Luther VERSEulian.

“You’re saying yes to yourself when you say no to other things” 24:14 🔥🔥🔥 how I cut to 140lb at 5’6

Love these zen mode vids! In a tough patch for a while now and not stopping my goals to get lean asfk. Off to the gym

Sir I like the vibes you give

This may be a top 3 video for you...str8 bars.

Tranquil is law

Peace and isolation is somthing every man needs. Luther can you be my mentor?
