Loved the video best 10k challenge 💁🏽‍♀️

Im going to be doing this challenge for my birthday next month!!

Okay, so you ate all that and filled your belly to the max in one day, taking breaks, but normally if you eat for an hour or an hour and a half straight without stopping, you'll get like that (at least that's what happens to me). I asked chatgpt and he told me that (very briefly) there's something called the "functional limit," which is when the chemical limit (your hunger) mixes with the mechanical limit (how big your belly can get), and maximum expansion is reached in about an hour and a half. But of course, you have to eat nonstop, and it has its ups and downs. First, the chemical limit makes you think you're full and don't need to eat anymore. Then the mechanical limit kicks in and your belly starts to fill up and grow. You get a crash and can't eat anymore, but if you keep eating, you'll get like that (that's the limit).
It's a bit tough, but it can be done 😂
It can be done in an hour and a half without stopping.

Bro wiped from existence 😭✌

That was so random and bizarre.
You wake up at 6am to eat only 3 mega stuffed oreos and then 4 hours later, you actually eat some substantial calories 😂.
