that boy going from being abused by his parents from childhood on to realizing hes on the way into the grave and turning his life around? he just ATE the bodybuilder meals. no complaining, no whining, no bi**hing, he just eats it and enjoys it. LOVE ethan. what a dude. cant hate a big boy who is trying to get better.

Ethan is STRONG. Seeing those fries, I would have dove in, head first, and not stopped until they were gone. The fact he didn't even ask for one nibble is commendable

When I was 140lbs I’d eat 2 full size Hershey’s bars and 2 donuts every single day. Now I’m 119lbs and I can’t keep sweets in the house because I can’t control myself around them. It’s definitely an addiction.

It's really fascinating to see two bowls of food that look so similar from the top, and then comparing the calories. It really emphasises how much difference the types of foods we are consuming makes.
