This challenge is so much easier in my head than real life haha

"i don't know why i said according to my calculations... i literally used a calculator" hahaha that got me

It's easier if the food doesn't have a lot of volume. One time I blended 1kg (2.2 lbs) of hazelnuts to make hazelnut butter. I blended them for so long that it turned out almost liquid and it went down SO easily. That day I ate half of it 😱 That's more than 3000 cals. So if you managed to eat a whole jar of nut butter or Nutella through the day, that would be 3000-4000 cals

If you ever do the challenge again, I have a couple tips lol as someone with a nutrition degree if you want to reach a higher number without feeling as full, avoid protein-based foods i.e the protein breakfast because protein is the most filling macronutrient and so the more protein you eat the longer you will be full up. :) Just so you know for next time.

The trick is to eat calorie dense foods that aren’t filling. Like fried foods (the oil adds up the calories but not so filling). French fries, pastries etc

It’s so hard to put in 10000 calories in one day. Really appreciate your efforts!!!

Great attempt at the challenge. That pasta is one of my favorites to get. It's surprising when you see how many calories are in each food. hope you're feeling better after it! x

Ugh I so wish I could do this. You're very brave Lucille doing this haha xxx

If you ordered dominos or something one pizza is 2,000calories. Its insane how much worse takeaway is

I like that your doing it with food from a supermarket rather than a takeaway, makes it different to others

I hope you feel better after the 10 calorie challenge and not too sick afterwards. The 10 carlorie challenge is hard because when I'm watch other people do this challenge. I just can't think how they can't be sick eating all of the food and to keep going to get to 10 carlories. They must feel very sick and ill towards the end of it.

14:32 I think it’s because then people would be able to drink like really calorie rich protein drinks and it would be much easier to get 10K kcal

Very excited to see if you made it ahhh! I bet you did 💪🏻🥰

good job! next time id dry incorporating sauces and dips - biscoff, peanut butter etc etc. also adding mayo etc to the breakfast, small hacks but high in calories

@Rosiesworld67 4 years ago

You ate my entire daily intake just in your pizza and garlic bread 😂

Finally having time to catch up on videos but great effort with this x

your last calorie challenge was one of my favourite videos of all time, i was so happy that you did again, well done lucille 💖

@coffeeandcleaning 4 years ago

I definitely think you could do this if you were smarter with what you ate; toast with nutella/any spread is a good one for calories and less carbs like pasta 😊
