Wow, in this video it's so clear how Kennedy stood out for being so exciting!!! I can understand why his career sky rocketed during this time!!! What a genius!!!
I just wanted to note that, knowing Mr Zuckerman's preference for playing Guarneri del Gesu, I must say that the maestro sounds absolutely wonderful, and almost divine, with the Stradivarius in his hands. Listen to his rendition of Mozart or the Sicilienne (Maria Theresa Von Paradis )— it's simply outstanding and unique in his hands. I suppose it's a matter of preference, but I simply love the golden sound he produces with the Strad. Of course, Mr Zuckerman is a legendary violinist. God bless him all the days of his life
What a great MASTER Pinchas Zuckerman is! Truly, he's a genius who stays humble, unassuming, and he's an equal to all the other greats ever mentioned, or those who got their acclaim worldwide. I somehow feel his elegance, ease in playing the Violin, and his sound / tone perfection is a treat to any Violin player (Maestro or Student, it doesn't matter). Pinchas Zuckerman makes it all look so easy. Thank you for uploading this wonderful video on Antotnio Stradivari, and I can say, I'm a proud owner of 3 wonderful and rare Stradivarius Violins (One made in Czhekoslovakia, and two in Germany.)
