The more I get into photography, the more things I want to shoot.
I started with everyday snapshots in daylight. Now I also photograph birds, insects, and night scenes—and shoot video too.

The α7 V supports what I want to shoot today and encourages me to try something new next.
In this roughly 18-minute video, I share what makes it special to me, drawing on my own experiences using it.

A final thought

A day out photographing birds can spark a new interest in insects.
While taking photos, you might suddenly want to capture the movement and sounds around you as well.

For me, the appeal of the α7 V is how it supports those moments of “I’d love to try shooting that.”

I hope this video is helpful, whether you’re choosing your first camera to take photography more seriously or looking to broaden what you shoot.

What do you photograph now, and what would you like to try next? Let me know in the comments.
