Nathan Fillion casually knowing Green Lantern deep mythos and not dropping he’s voiced Hal in the animated universe before..

“I think [guy] understands TikTok trends” might be the funniest thing I hear all day

Dude has been in sooo many green lantern projects

This has been easily the best interview so far for this show, Guy has been my most anticipated mystery of this whole show. How did he get that damn ring?

7:45 ball knowledge answer

This interview was a DELIGHT. Both the inyerviewer AND suprisingly Nathan really show knowledge and care for the lore! Nathan kniws so much, this is so awesome!

Sinestro before the turn was a good answer

"Sinestro before he turned" is big lantern energy.

Nathan Fillion is a treat. He has been a James Gunn guy since Slither, just like Michael Rooker.

And yes, the obvious choice is Sinestro pre-yellow ring. He was the greatest Green Lantern.

In this era of endless remakes and sequels, it's tragic we haven't gotten Firefly to back.

nathan really knows so much about green lanterns and comic in general

Guy's my favourite character of the DCU so far 😂 I love him so much.

I hope it’s all three GL in the finale fighting together in costume

Nice Golden Girl's reference Nathan! You really are "of the cloth"! 😃

In Lanterns Hal says that there's only one question, "Are you afraid?" And if the answer is no, then you can be a Green Lantern. The sheriff said Hal doesn't have people he cares about because if he did he might be afraid/worried that bad things might happen to them. So, maybe that's true of Guy Gardner, that not having people to worry about or care for, gives him that kind of courage. The result is being super egotistic.

Guy was never my favorite Lantern, but I love this iteration and portrayal. Nathan Fillion doesn’t hurt.

I never hear anyone mention Nathan's time as voice actor for Hal... Blows my mind, so much to mine in that conversation.

Bro fillion is always one of my favourite actors in interviews, just a genuine dude!

And his casualy dropping comic specific lore snippets including Sinestro before the turn while not bringing up he'd played Hal Jordan  in a series and movies already, he's the G.O.A.T ❤️

I like the 10 second long therapy session in the middle of this lmfao

Guy became a Chrome lantern btw and Nathan understands the assignment
