[ASMR] Energy Healing, Pulling, and Sound (soft spoken)

It's been long, I know ♥️ This last year was a lot for me. The biggest thing was that I uncovered multiple really horrific memories from childhood that I had suppressed and I've had a really hard time integrating and processing them. I am doing much better now, I've had an amazing support system and I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now. If you are going through something like this I am here to talk (you can always dm me on social media, links are below). I do want to properly catch up with you in a livestream very soon - look out for a post from me with a date for a livestream:)
I do want to put a light TW - I briefly mention SA and physical abuse somewhere in the middle of this video, but I don't go into it nor talk about any details. This video is just our usual cozy, relaxing and tingly ASMR Energy work session ✨ But I did want to mention it.
In this mixed ASMR energy healing session, I help you regulate your nervous system, ground your energy body, and flow to you tingly Reiki and healing energy. I use my trusted andarra alchemy singing bowl, some incense, one of my koshi chimes, and my nut shell bracelet which has been lost for years - but I actually found where to buy another one last year:) I also sing a tiny bit but will do that properly in another video.
Chapters:
00:00 Nutshell bracelet and intro
02:04 Cleansing with incense
06:00 Healing energy flow, pulling and grounding
10:26 Andarra Alchemy singing bowl healing
14:00 Reiki healing and guided 'expanding out'
18:58 Koshi Chimes & Nutshell Bracelet
22:02 Outro

This video meets me on a day when my former partner is moving out. I’m grateful to hear you’re feeling better and you’re sharing this healing with us.
For anyone going through hard times now, you’re not alone and you deserve to care for yourself no matter what ❤️
you helped me through some of the hardest life cycles I’ve ever experienced, your work has been monumental in my life -
blessings to you, I hope you continue to feel better and have a wonderful rest of 2026 ✨🌸🌙
Others can take care of themselves :)
