Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄Thanks for all of the support in 2023! Which Hitsugaya fight is YOUR favourite? Do you agree with my list at all? Let me know!

I think his first fight with Gin was surprisingly the best for me. I felt he was actually so badass and really show what he's like when he becomes serious.

I honestly didn't expect hitsugaya to have 9 freaking fights! I thought he had like 4 or something 😂

I liked the parallels he shared with Harribel. Both ultimately fight to protect others while following orders and will hold out as long as possible.

🎄Merry Christmas Everybody!!!🎄

So he wins 5 times loses 3 times  so where is this he loses more coming from

Toshiro has lots of fights but I didn’t enjoy many of them.

His fight with Halibel was cool because it was actually a 1v1 and there weren’t any cheap tricks. Too bad it didn’t leave any lasting impact, since Halibel was immediately freed from his ice and then betrayed by Aizen. Then toshiro proceeded to get cucked by Aizen(again) along with literally everyone else.

Shawlong is so raw and I really want a Shawlong for BBS

Yeah i love Shawlong's resurrection design a lot

Seeing Toshiro rise with one part of his Bankai back with the music is a stand out of Cour 2 to me. Also, I vibe with the festive lofi

The misconception that Toshiro always loses has always been weird to me since Toshiro only lost 3 fights to 2 people. Aizen who beat everyone and Bazz B who had an elemental type advantage against him

The Mayuri one isn’t even an L because Mayuri’s win condition banked on Toshiro being strong enough to kill him 10x over

Every other fights were W’s or inconclusive in which he got to show good feats of power, skill and intelligence

Like, seemingly inconsequential wins like Toshiro one shotting Res Luppi is actually major from a scaling perspective.

Luppi at that point was stronger than 1 arm Grimmjow Base to Base and took his rank. Ichigo went on to fight this weaker than Base Luppi one armed Grimmjow with his Hollow Mask spamming Getsuga’s and couldn’t put Grimm down in 11 seconds, then Shinji with his own Hollow Mask comes in and still couldn’t finish off weakened Base Grimmjow. Then Toshiro goes out and one shots not even just base Luppi but Res Luppi

Toshiro easily beating Halibel once he uses Tenso Jurin is major as well, since Ichigo with his Hollow Mask couldn’t do anything to Res 1 Ulq. His strongest move, a fully charged Black Getsuga got negged by R1 Ulq’s aura.

Toshiro without using Tenso Jurin is able to counter Halibel’s strongest attack, Cascada (Her special move which should scale above Cero Oscuras and Gran Rey Cero, similar to Descarron for Grimmjow, Lanza for Ulq, Reapira for Barragan, the Wolves for Stark etc), and when he does use Tenso Jurin, his Reiatsu impresses Stark, and when comparing it to Soi Fon’s Bankai, which overpowered Barragan’s Reapira, Stark thinks Toshiro’s is more impressive.

That’s significant because in SAFWY, it’s confirmed that Respira, Starrk’s wolves, and Yammy’s physical stats are superior to R2 Ulq’s Lanza. So from a scaling perspective, Tenso Jurin > Soi Fon’s Bankai > Respira > R2 Ulq’s Lanza

Toshiro vs Yukio showed a battle IQ upgrade and that he learned from Aizen, adopting Aizen’s tactic of using his words to get into his opponents head with taunts and baiting

Toshiro vs Mayuri is good scaling wise since Toshiro blitzed and one shotted Mayuri 10x over, with Mayuri being fast enough to react to Vollstandig Pernida clones attacking him omnidirectionally with arrows etc

And of course his feats against Gerard show he’s one of the 3 strongest Shinigami in the series in his mature Bankai etc

Christmas hasn't even happened yet, but I've already gotten a new bleach hoodie, a bleach t shirt, a little rukia trinket for my backpack, and what's probably my favorite of all, a chappy dispenser

If Toshiro would have clashed with Ichigo in Soul society arc he would have been impressed by his motivation.
Hinamori means the same to Toshiro as Rukia to Ichigo.

A Ryuka who invades Seritei for that reason could never be evil in the eyes of Hitsugaya

Love the background music, really sets the atmosphere this time of year.

My favorite is definitely toshiro vs gin, the artwork, choreography, and emotional story beats are so great, also toshiro’s shikai is cool

I always chuckle when Tom calls Toshiro the little captain. Shiro is just so cute

2:19 this is a disastrous disappointment for his Bankai reveal. I was so hyped to see it when his sheer Shikai power threatened the life of a vice captain with it's presence. Just to get Chad'ed by Aizen. 😢

Even though he's a polarizing character, toshiro is still my favorite character and I hope he gets a great W in the hell arc

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I imagine Toshiro would hate Christmas since everyone would associate him with it all the time.
