How do we feel about this Sternritter ranking? Did I treat some of their performances a little unfairly, or overlook someone else? Let me know your thoughts down in the comments - thanks everyone!

35:35 "-Gerard manages to successfully hold off Chad's onslaught."

Truly his greatest feat lol

I love how MrTommo actually responds to feedback from the comment section, not all of my favorite creators do that

Literally a contest for who was the best worthless means to an end.

Because that’s all any of these characters are to Yhwach.

Shaz Domino deserves some credit for his role in the war. He was the only Sternritter who attacked the 12th division lab during the first invasion. Considering that Mayuri’s contributions were so great that he was able to win the 1st place spot on the previous list, Shaz 1v100ing all of Mayuri’s researchers (and Akon, a future vice captain) and destroying much of the lab should count for something. Everything that Mayuri did to turn the tides of the war: Finding out the Quincy were moving using shadows and turning his lab into the only safe refuge, resurrecting Kira and the Privaron Espada, curing all the zombies (including 4 top-tier shinigami), being instrumental to building the gate, and working with Urahara to distribute the hollow antivirus for the Bankai-stealing. All of these things would have happened much more easily, and much sooner in the war, if it wasn’t for Shaz Domino’s prior attack. Imagine if squad 12 was able to find a cure to the Bankai-stealing and figure out the Quincy’s weakness to light in the middle of the 1st invasion - the Vandenreich would have been stopped in their tracks. Shaz only lost because he was unfortunate enough to run into Ichigo (the literal main character and one of the 5 special threats) - otherwise, he would have slimed all of squad 12.

It dawns on me after this video, Kyōraku has a wild history of fighting dudes with guns.

I know he isn't your favorite Sternritter from old videos and from your Deviantart page, but I am just loving all the praise Mask/James have been getting from this challenge lately. He has weirdly been one of my favorites cause of how unique his powers are and as a Mexican it's only natural to me to like the luchador character.

Barro is a perfect sniper and definitely someone who would fit in perfectly in a human military spec ops squad. His picking off Shinigami without any qualms or going into the whole 'honor' game shows how the Quincy brought an element of modern human warfare to Soul Society. Then there's his ultimate ability..........

In fairness Liltotto did save Giselle from a direct hit from the Auswählen and she does come off to me like the real leader of the Bambies

Tommo actually ranked the sternritters 😅 I left that comment about doing this video when he ranked the captains.

Nianzol had the bad luck that his body was thrown from the bridge. Otherwise he could be resurrected by the Auswahlen like the rest with his Vollstandig

Damn, Kubo never misses when it comes to character designs.

It’s kinda funny, I felt practically nothing while watching the Lille Barro sniping scene.

The same characters that always get trashed just got trashed again. Nothing new, tbh.
And this is coming from Isane’s biggest fan. This kind of treatment doesn’t hurt anymore. I expect it.

I just find it absolutely hilarious how those Sternritters that faced Kenpachi during the first invasion contributed the least!

I feel barro proved how long range combat is still an important tactic to use for Quincys.
Many non-close combat fighters like Gremmy was too close to their opponent.

If it weren't for Mayuri, Giselle would have definitely been an MVP.

Im glad u did this video for the sternritter!

Uryuu really was the star of cour 3. He is the master of stalling. Can make people think he kills when he doesn’t.

Besides my favorite sternritters performance were the Bambis, As Nodt, Askin, Gremmy, Royd

Gerard is using his own plot armor The M against Kubo's plot armor

Hi MrTommo. Here is a video idea for your channel if your interested: If you had control over the Sternritter and could give them different powers from their respective Schrifts then what would they be? Some are powerful and useful and others are weird and useless but if you could give the Sternritter different powers from their respective Schrifts/Letters and why. I think that would be an interesting and fun video in the future if you like though.
