Semoga anggaran militer yang bagian pengembangan teknologi untuk kemandirian bangsa kalo bisa porsinya lebih ditingkatkan, supaya cepat mengejar ketertinggakan kemandirian teknologi militer alutsista modern saat ini, serta tempatkan orang² yang punya integritas tinggi kepada negara tidak mudah terpengaruh korupsi dan kepentingan individu/asing.
Serta BUMN yang mengerjakan alutsista militer lebih ditingkatkan secara permodalan, kemudahan akses, dll. Lebih bagus juga kalo ada program khusus ketika para anggota militer TNI yang mempunyai ilmu kemampuan ide gagasan mengenai teknologi ada jalur khusus untuk diberikan akses ke bumn tersebut, sebagai pengembangan tenknologi tepat guna, karena mungkin kadang anggota tni sebagai penggunanya, mereka punya ide dalam penggunaanya suapaya lebih maksimal, tapi belom tau ketika mau improvments dan next performance suatu alat atau sistem.
Adaya target teknologi alutsista
Misalnya :
1. Kita melalui bidang pengembangan dan bumn, 10 tahun kedepan bisa mempunyai rudal antar benua secara mandiri.
2.15 tahun kedepan kita sudah punya kemampuan Internet of Military Defense Things (IoMDT) secara mandiri. Sehingga tidak mudah di jamming. Mandiri saja bisa dijamming apalagi tidak mandiri (pake perangkat luar), bisa langsung malfusi.
