What about if I AM trying to piss off my neighbors?

5:39 - the mosquito in my room practicing their singing dynamics

Excellent lesson. I have sung for years, but I always improve when I watch your videos. Terrific content.

this might be the best singing tutorial thingy ive ever seen. i really strugle with high notes and this made everything so much easier

I've been working on vocal dynamics, and the most difficult notes to control are the middle notes. The most difficult for me is D4.

This is the video I was too shy to ask for, thank you!

I can hear my neighbors cough and my mom lives with my in a 1 bedroom apartment. I also want to get rid of the undertones of the altissimo register of my clarinet, and breath support is important for that as well.

Every one of your videos are bangers. <3

Extremely helpful! I'll be re-watching this one a lot. Thank you, Lauren! Your videos are fantastic.

Is it possible to learn how to sing quietly without first learning how to sing louder?

You are so incredibly talented!  Been loving these videos !!

Your videos are always fantastic thank you and please keep them coming

Lovely, exactly what I needed.

Great lesson! Thanks!

Your videos are so helpful, thank you!

Very helpful, thanks

Oh! It's impossible to sing. At least for me. Every time I try, every lesson, it's just a illusion in my dreams. I feel like I'll never sing. It's sad that I always dreamed of being a singer but I just can't understand a thing about singing. Everyone is like an strange language that I've never hear of.

yeah ppl don't specifically talk about that eyebrow/forehead resonance in the higher sinuses as much! i remember though because of this one artpop song lol "when i ignite the flames and put you in my mouth/Brow/bach" will [redacted] make songs with code about breath support?

Thank you. Have you any advice for singing in a small choir whose director is always telling the sopranos to sing softly on A5 and B5, regardless of dynamic markings? He seems to think we're forcing ourselves to sing loudly. It gets very frustrating, because it's much harder to sing quietly up there, and he keeps asking us to "sing like a boy choir."

Incredibly important question

What keyboard do you use? (as in the one on your desk, not the instrument)

my male voice when goes C4 and higher starts to get louder and I want to sing softer so much but I can't. I can reduce volume but then the pitch is off or sputtering. Found a couple videos on the topic. What I am getting from yours and others is it isn't a easy feat. Will take determination, patience and a lot of practice. Am I right?

We need a cover song alone from you
