"dont call me out of date, when on your first date you died"

Ok flowey you win

mfs will say "stop pausing the video!!!" my brother in christ go watch the original

I just realized that Monika didn’t delete the files, flowey did and this is because floweys name is still in the credits and Monika’s isn’t meaning flowey just got fed up and straight up erased her before she could erase him

Love how Flowey plays cheap. He goes for such low blows and ends the video on his own terms since he can't feel guilt. Such a good display of what he is like.

Flowey didn’t even need the last verse. The “It’s kill or be killed, not kill yourself” won him the battle immediately

He didn’t need the second half. He won at “Don’t call me out of date, when on your first date you died!”

FLOWEY accualy ragebated Monika to let her guard down so he could get into the code and delete her

9:56 It’s the fakeout screen like the one from undertale when he closes your game and plays the fake intro

Undertale fan here. Cannonically with the souls he has complete control of both the timeline and the game. He can create, edit and delete files at will even as the player if the souls didn't rebel we were cooked.

monika being like
'well i can just..' is omnipotent
flowey: is more omnipotent,  get parried

Throwing monika at flowey is like throwing a stone at god, twin

10:56 I’m a loser as well, then. Flowey just stomped Monika and I am in awe

7:16 WAIT YOU ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND IT LOLLLL but yes, it is a reference, and the reason they used scotch tape is because people usually say it’s “held together by ducked tape” or really any kind of tape

I like how both characters personalities really show on how they rap, like floweys whole thing is setting up the punchlines and then punching as hard as he can, and then monika is more about keeping flow and meaning to things

"While Fox left for Deltarune and you were left in the dust." This aged like 29 year old pizza. This is from the future.

In both games, the primary antagonists have similar if not more in-universe control over the files than the player, but all the player’s resets, modifications, alterations, saves and loads are canon, and omega flowey has superior control compared to all that, so while Monika is a virus, flowey can simply just delete her from the files, or just gut her code, and I feel like that is represented in their rap battle
Monika’s a virus, she goes for the kill when she sees the opportunity, she just views flowey as minor competition
Flowey probably did this before, heck, he probably does it for fun, because the only time you actually delete his memories is when you delete/erase/true-reset the game files

7:32 the entirety of Undertales code is a “big old ‘if’ statement”
