The C burned out years ago. She never replaced it. The sign still says there's a room. @HiggsfieldAI
VACAN Y is a short film set at a motel on a coast road. Mia runs it alone, and has for a long time. One evening her son checks in — with a girl, and with a name he thinks his mother won't question.
Nobody says what they came to say. Everybody hears it anyway.
Three people, one night, and a promise that someone has to break before morning.
VACAN Y is my entry for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival 2026.
Written and directed by @ai.film_. Every frame generated in Higgsfield Cinema Studio (Seedance). All characters are fictional; this is disclosed as altered/synthetic content.
English dialogue, Korean subtitles.
FILMS FROM NOWHERE — an archive of original short films. Set everywhere, shot nowhere. New film every week.

I’ve just started my own AI short film channel and released my first film, so I’d also love to hear your thoughts on it if you get a chance. Always great to exchange feedback with other creators!
