Little Kieran complaining about Custodes birthday when space marines have a birthday every other month 🤣

@Nixolotl 1 day ago

Not sure little Kieran has a leg to stand on about 'making them your entire personality'. He goes through four of those each edition, and thats not even counting the impulse buying random (not) fomo characters and suddenly being all about a single chapter (for five minutes)

I honestly adore how over the top this codex is in terms of making every custodian feel like an absooute unit - just gotta hope the points are reasonable for it!

The ability to split up terminators was a stratagem in 9 and 10 and it returned in the Lions of the Emperor detachment.

Big Kieran has fell into this by accident he saw a box they were given and was like sure made a unique and fun paint scheme and is been given a chance to have a very fun playable army 😂😂😂😂

I don't think I'm being hyperbolic when I say, for me, that this preview has made me feel like this is the first ever lore accurate codex we've ever had. This is what the Custodes are supposed to feel like. They're not unbeatable, but they are going to whoop your arse.

Fights first AND jump-shoot-jump???? Daaamn.

Damn, I had same exact conversation with my friends. I was never exited about custodes, but when I saw the terminators and the new stuff, then it clicked. I fully agree with the excitement of big Kieran ❤

We need a Big K kitbash tutorial/process episode

When you're playing cops and robbers and that one kid decides he's superman

Editor note at 33:10 is downright heartwarming.

This was the first video I watch about the new custodes.
I knew hearing Big Kieran be this excited and little Kieran criticize with no affect would be awesome.
One could say it was.... Gold

Love your reviews!!

I’ve ordered them today just because they look cool.

Splitting termie units was the old Lions of the Emperor detachment bit.

Also the wardens kit hasn't been refreshed, so it's still sold as 5 models to the box.

21:51 so again knights buggered😂

I understand big K's love for the stodes with this new book. It looks pretty incredible

One thing I will say about the Aquilon terminators is that their upright design reminds me of all sorts of completely independent designs I've printed and painted myself. I'm just not a huge fan of Games Workshop power armour design in general, so I don't look for one to one copies of anything they do, but those Aquilon termies are way more up my alley than anything else GW has done previously. They probably should have redesigned Allarus termies while at it just to make them look consistent.
