If there was a Splatoon hall of fame, you’d definitely be in it. Good luck with future endeavors prochaster

Thank you for sharing your story about your mentality and drive around your competitive journey over the years. It's rare to hear why players do what they do from a personal perspective, especially those who have gotten as far or over as long of a time as this. Glad to see you around again and good luck with whatever you choose to do

Honestly, the move from ProChara to CoachChara feels right, and I'm glad that it resonates with you! You deserve the "retirement" even if ur still gonna be involved in comp, just in another way. Even though my time fell short, being in the comp scene, even for a moment, was inspired by you and other major creators in the scene ^^

Welcome back Red Arashi.

Being content with your achievements is better than burning yourself out till there's nothing left. No matter what you end up doing going forward, so long as you're doing what you feel is right for you, it's the right choice

Chara, I know this is going to be long, but I really hope that you read this.

I'm also an autistic person, and I've watched so much of your content over the last couple of years. It's been such a positive outlet for me as I've struggled socially for a while. I've been so inspired in my competitive journey, and you've always given me the resources to learn the game, even when I don't get to play it. I've finally gotten some notable results, and I know that I still have so far to go. Thanks for the laughs, and remember that there's so much ahead of you! You're an amazing person!

Glad to see you back, and glad you're gonna take it easy. You can now sit on your porch, and educate the youngins about all the metas and the gears and the combos as you rock in your rocking chair.

Chara, you are the reason I want to get into comp sploon. Although you are leaving comp splatoon, you have affected my gameplay and play style and I will remember your comp journeys.

“Everything that has a beginning has an end, Neo”

You made it this far. You proved yourself to the scene. This saga may have ended but the journey is not over yet. This is just a new beginning for you.

nah bro I get it.
doing videos of any sort is a lot of work, getting them to where people want to watch, even more so.
and plus, there's the ever present risk that something you love becomes something you hate once you do it for money.
I play, I like it, but I don't stream and I'm planning to keep it that way. In fact, on the Internet I don't tell anyone my Splashtag and thus I can continue to play without concerning myself with perception.

Splatoon isn't always a game about logic, but also a test of mentality. Its truly hard finding a fun weapon and fighting against weapons that are in the meta as it is in right now. And you've really shown that you can deal with with it. Thanks again for all your hard work, and I hope for you to have a bright and passionate future!
