LOL to whoever said the last run would never be beaten.

THIS RUN WILL NEVER BE BEATEN

For those that don't know: Wart still has a hitbox after he's dead. So, by jumping over him and running under him CK could die. Maddest lad.

Mario 2 is my favorite Mario because you pull a rocket-ship out of the ground like it’s a vegetable

Is this man casually reading his chat and having conversations while setting a Mario world record??? This is humbling lol

Sets new world record
“It was a good run”
Me: 💀

Most laid back winning reaction ever seen.

Mario really dreaming about Toad and Luigi doing all the work

Beats the game faster than I beat World 1-1 my first time and sets the new world record.

Also CK: "It was a good run."

This was one of my most favorite games as a kid, played it constantly.  Never imagined seeing it beaten in 8 minutes.  Congratulations!

Imagine bringing this game home on the release day and pulling this off in front of your friends. You'd be an instant legend

This game was notoriously hard as a kid. Not only that, but terrifying with the creepy music and face thingies that flew around chasing you

Always loved that Wart hated veggies, but put a machine in his throne room to spit them out anyway.

Most chill streamer ever!! I love it

These speed runs are literally my childhood memories flashing before my eyes

I love Mario 1, 2 and 3, but Mario 2 is my favorite. I have beaten all of them, but there are so many tricks and shortcuts that I never learned. I guess people learned about them through magazines (in the past) or websites or friends that tell you the tricks. To be honest, it was actually fun trying to go through every level and overcome each obstacle, but also frustrating. I did learn how to warp, however, there were a lot of things that I had to go through that you completely bypassed, especially at the end. I had to go through so many places to reach the end.

Lol man this brother makes Kimi Raikkonen look extremely emotional in comparison!  Cool as a cucumber after that WR there omg I'd be so hyped!  Nice run though!

Been watching so many of your speedruns the last few weeks. You rock man! 🎸

OMG That is frekin amazing. Congrats!!

gg \o/

This is such a clean run, well done :)

My favorite Mario game growing up when this first came out, stood in line at toys r us. Preorder didn’t exist.
