I included locations from Paper Mario because, while Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam implies that it takes place within a book, I've always subscribed to the theory that that doesn't mean those same locations don't exist in the normal world. To be perfectly honest, it just comes down to personal preference.
EDIT: Additionally, some Paper Mario characters appear in non-paper games, such as Whacka and the Star Spirits in one of the Mario Party games. That's enough for me to think that those locations also exist in the main world, even if they may originally be from an alternate Paper-world.

Due to Throwback Galaxy in Galaxy 2, I’ve mostly assumed that the worlds in 64 are probably random planets out in the universe somewhere, and the paintings in 64 were just direct transports to them or something.

8:09 I mean, the name being "The Northern Kremisphere" doesn't mean it HAS to be north in relation to where Dixie is entering it from. If someone from Virginia wanted to visit North Carolina, they'd have to go south, despite the name being North Carolina.

Many of Mario's deserts being part of one, greater desert is actually a theory that makes a lot of sense, and it's one I've been believing for awhile.
Many deserts share naming conventions or share similar imagery/elements. I like to imagine that most deserts in the Mushroom Kingdom are actually just smaller parts of Dry Dry Desert. With the exception of Layer Cake Desert, of course.
Drybake Desert, Kalimari Desert, and Dry Dry Desert are all called Dry Dry Desert in Japan, and the existence of Yoshi sphinxes in Wii Dry Dry Ruins and Drybake may indicate that Yoshi Desert is connected as well. The Toad murals in Drybake may also imply a connection to Scorching Sandpaper Desert.

I agree that Dixie heading south to the Northern Kremisphere is nonsense and should be ignored.
What I do disagree with is DK Island being on the other side of the continent. I think it should be extremely close to the Metro Kingdom. It'd imagine the Northern Kremisphere could potentially even be part of the Metro Kingdom's landmass.

EDIT: I believe Wario World's locations aren't physical locations, but rather created by the Black Jewel. Wario's treasures are turned into monsters, and the Hub is the remnants of Wario's Castle, iirc

EDIT 2: Yoshi's Woolly World takes place in a world where everything is made of yarn, and the plot requires that to be true, so it's not canon.
The concept behind Yoshi's Crafted World was stated by the developers to be that it took place in the minds of kids in a daycare. All the crafts are made by kids, and you can even see glimpses of the classrooms in the background of some levels. Also not canon.
Super Mario RPG depicts the Mushroom Kingdom, but it's obviously very stylized and not accurate to anything (not even itself, iirc). So it definitely shouldn't be seen as a separate place. I think you made the right choice.

the paintings in Super Mario 64 are 100% "real" locations:

1) most levels are directly connected to Peach's Castle

2) Super Mario Odyssey proofs that paintings can be teleportation devices

3) in Super Mario Galaxy 2 it's shown that Whomp's Fortress exists as a "real" location but very far away in a separate galaxy

4) The Super Mario Bros Movie (2023) shows us that Bob-Omb Battlefield exists somewhere between Peach's Castle and the Kong Tribe Kingdom

as far as i know we do not know where; Tiny Huge Island, Tall Tall Mountain, Snowman's Land, Cool Cool Mountain, Lethal Lava Land, Shifting Sand Land, Jolly Roger Bay, Wet Dry World and some "Secret Star" + "Bowser" levels are in the universe but imo there are enough context clues that can make them fit on the map

This is so cool! Reminds me a lot of the Marioverse project, which is another large scale endeavor aiming to connect the mario world. I really hope that Nintendo braces all of the parts of Mario's history someday, and the fact that a warioware song got remixed in mario kart is definitely a step in the right direction!

Thanks for making my this! I don’t know about you but a long time ago there were webcomic social media websites where people would upload their own comic pages weekly for personal webcomic series they were making. Back then, I used to read this webcomic called “Mushroom Go”. It took place in the Mario world and was about a band of sky pirates that were a ragtag team of various races of characters from the Mario world (Toads, Piantas, Koopas, Goombas, etc)
Mario & Luigi themselves were mentioned but never shown. When they were shown, it was as silhouettes or shrouded in shadow as if they were legendary heroes from a long time ago. The art style wasn’t the best but I enjoyed the world building and the attention to actual Mario lore.
These days, I’m thinking of drawing my own “Speed Racer” meets Mario Kart comic that is about a character entering the Grand Prix and going around the world to different locations. As well as there being a spy aspect to it. Think Mario Kart meets Speed Racer meets James Bond.
I’m at the stage now where I’m trying to draw a map of the entire Mario world in order to flesh out the story.

I just know that I want to include Isle Delfino as well as the DK islands and Yoshis island/Dinosaur land

This is the best, most genuine attempt I've seen at this. Congrats. (I'm ESPECIALLY glad this isn't taking the easy way out for Paper Mario, as the other vid I've seen did. That said, aren't there more islands in the Mario Tennis franchise...?)

On the topic of the 64 paintings, it's possible they're anywhere in the universe, as paintings in Mario Odyssey acts as teleporters to the various worlds, and Galaxy 2 features Throwback Galaxy which appears to literally be Thwomp Fortress.

Considering that the Junglebeat Kingdoms are all ruled by obscure Kongs that we hadn't seen before nor have we seen since, I would venture to say that they are probably just more and more islands in the crazy "Kong Oceana" area of the map.

As someone who has played Yoshi's Woolly World countless times on the Wii U and 3DS, the game doesn't really explain the lore on how and where this world is. But I like to head canon that craft island and the yoshi's crafted world islands take place inside the house of ribbon road, just in another room, because theres a dresser as the final world and theres other things showing its inside a home. And you could also technically say the same thing for some of the paper mario games because theres these items known as 'Things' that are non paper objects that are huge in the paper mario world.

The first guess in my head for the amount of kingdoms in JungleBeat was 5, then right before your answer 10,  but what?!? SIXTEEN?!?!

As for the final games I can think of that aren't represented, subcon is probably near Sarasaland if it does exist (and we have seen Birdo and Shy Guys in other games such as Mario Party games so I think it does); the lands from SMB3 are old names of areas in newer games, with Grass Land being the Mushroom Kingdom, Desert Land being the Sand Kingdom, Water Land being the Seaside Kingdom, Giant Land being the Fossil Kingdom, Sky Land being the Cloud Kingdom, Ice Land being the Snow Kingdom, Pipe Land being either the Flower Kingdom as a whole or just Pipe-Rock Plateau, and the Dark Land actually being the same; the world from NSMB.U takes place off the coast of the mushroom kingdom near where Sky High Sundae is; the Sprixie kingdom and Lake Lapcat are either alternate dimensions or on another planet; Ingot Isle (the point on the surface that would represent all of DK Bananza) is in between the Ruined Kingdom and DK Island; and Bellabel Park is either underground or on the surface between the Mushroom and Flower kingdoms.
