My advice to younger guys is to behave decently and avoid putting yourself in these situations. I'm an old guy who never married and got rich. My life has been terrific. You don't need women to be happy, and the risks of inviting such chaos into your life are huge.

It's more likely that Cornell University woman was a party girl and did things like this before. She is responsible for her behavior just like everyone else who was drinking and doing drugs. Doing a full investigation is fine. And women who make false allegations need to be held criminally liable at the state's expense

But also..."According to a CBS News–obtained transcript, Jane Doe told investigators she was “completely and totally incapacitated”  How can you be coerced and “completely and totally incapacitated”  at the same time?    WTF.??
