If you get drunk or high and get behind the wheel of a car and cause an accident that results in harm to others it is you who are to blame. But, if you get drunk or high and engage in sexual activities that you later regret it is others who are to blame.

I think the behavior by everyone was deplorable. I am willing to wait for what the re-investigation determines before I say someone should be or should not be punished. But based on everything that is known right now, I can't imagine this resulting in a criminal trial. I think it is totally irresponsible to act like accusations are proof. I think a lot of people learned nothing from the Duke Lacrosse and UVA Rape Hoaxes.

There are at best conflicting reports and people who have reached conclusions leave out the reports that counter their narrative. Including this video. Probably isn’t a great idea to trust what the media, let alone YouTube, is telling you is the entire story.
