the most whole hearted and genuine "they could never make me hate her"

Our youngest daughter was born while Pink Pony Club was playing, and she’ll be raised in a house that supports trans people, whether they are inside or outside the family ❤️

I always love to see allyship in celebrities, thank you for doing this series

Honestly so sick of people hating on Chappell for stuff that’s BEEN DISPROVEN. That ‘xenophobia’ claim literally never happened. Everyone who hates on her has gotten their info from TikTok and never actually bothered to fact check. It’s really such a shame that people can’t just treat her as a human being.

I like that you’re highlighting some great trans allies. It’s a great feeling not to randomly hate something or someone

I find it so sad how any opportunity to hate on chappell is taken. Even my queer friends stopped listening to her music after some controversy and it's suck a shame that people can't focus on the positive

I love Chappell Roan! Her music is fun and her style kicks ass. I named a cute orange neighborhood stray Chappell 💖🐈

2:38 I HATE TO BE THAT PERSON but the obnoxious music nerd in me wants you to know that “Good Luck Babe” wasn’t actually on The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess

Chappell makes me proud to be queer and trans in Missouri. I now work at a queer camp during the summer and love getting to be a possibility model to the next generation of queer kids 🏳️‍⚧️

There will always be 100x more light on a female celebrity just living, than a male celebrity actually just being a terrible person. And it just makes me sick, more so when other women feed into it.

As a trans girl, I cried watching this video. It’s so good to see that there are people who care out there even as we are under attack from every direction

That intro really did hit me like a truck. Living as a young trans person in the States is terrifying. Of course, I've known this, but I often forget what's going on around me; the people that are being hurt, who are just like me. I pray for the safety other trans people, and those under the trans umbrella. I still have hope that we may live long, fulfilling lives, no matter who attempts to stand in way of our rights.

Happy to be an ally❤

To be fair, I would change pronouns in a song if I was a singer TO make it sound gay (I'm gay)

I’d love to see an episode on John Oliver. He has done many videos on trans rights, and he is a very vocal supporter of our rights.

Honestly, referencing Chappell Roan as an ally is like saying the sky is blue
Like, yeah? Obviously?
She's one of us, not like the "Pick Me Gays", but actually one of us

its still really good to have these very public figures that are actively advocating for us. its these people that will be remembered in history for doing and saying the right thing alongside saving the lives of young queer people who may feel isolated

I don’t listen to Chappell Roan, but honestly, I love her so much and she’s such a great trans ally and good role model. Plus really catchy songs lol

Living (and growing up) in the southwest MO area as a trans man is rough but seeing Chappell Roan be so loud about her support is one of the most uplifting things. I remember going to my local planned parenthood for an hrt appointment and seeing her name up on one of the lil donation things on the wall. I also saw a post from a local queer center talking about her donation and I honestly think she is one of my favorite artists for sure
