I am super excited today to be posting this video. Before this, I had never heard of Whitesnake. The only time I had seen the name was when people were asking me to react to them. I have had quite a few Whitesnakes requests to many different songs by them but I decided to go with Still Of The Night. I am not sure what made me gravitate towards Still Of The Night but I am so glad I did. I find it so refreshing when we get to listen to Rock music together so to everyone who suggested Whitesnake, thank you! Hopefully as we listen to more from Whitensnake we will get to hear more like Still Of The Night.
Here is my reaction to hearing Whitesnake - Still Of The Night for the first time, I hope you enjoy it!

Young man may have grown up as a hip hop fan, but he clearly has the soul of a rocker!

This is why older people have an attention span. Nothing like putting on an album, sticking your head between 2 speakers and listening for hours.

My favorite rock guitar tone of the 80s. Hard as hell. RIP John Sykes

If this is your first Whitesnake song, you’ve picked an absolute BANGER. David Coverdale has an amazing voice, a total power house. Yet another example of UK musical brilliance.

Knew you'd LOVE it. 😁

Absolute 80's banger. My favorite song of the era

David Cloverdale was with one of my all time favourite bands, Deep Purple.
He left them and Whitesnake is the result.
Another great gift from England!

That's David Coverdale singing. He got his start by replacing Ian Gillian in Deep Purple. Whitesnake was undeniably in the hair band era, but their roots preceded hair metal. Some great musicians in Whitesnake.

I'm 59...i grew up on this and all 1980's rock/metal. The group: David Coverdale is from Yorkshire UK. After singing all his life, he had to have surgery on his vocal chords....Dr's told him to never try to sign or it will literally shred his throat sadly. The Late John Sykes is a Guitar legend, he wrote the riffs, and after he was no longer in Whitesnake, did a solo career. He passed away sadly. The Model in the video is Tawny Kitaen, who she passed away in 2021. This music is flamboyant, loud, and dares to be ignored, it is pure energy on tape. Remember back then Heavy Metal was a work in progress and something of a Musical Experiment. You may also like the Guitar of George Lynch of Dokken. So nice to see your video is a Honest reaction. Dokken's "Into The Fire" or "Breaking The Chains" were big radio hits.

I’ve seen Whitesnake twice…absolutely awesome! Met David Coverdale as the band left the venue, he saw the fans outside the fence and insisted the security let him out so he could meet us. He chatted for for a few minutes with everyone, posed for photos and had a laugh. What a genuinely lovely bloke.

I wish there was a time machine you could use to go back to the seventies and eighties. You would have loved it. Such good times cruising around with friends listening to the best music. Our lives had the greatest soundtrack ever.

Thank you so much for appreciating this music ❤ Most people of your age dont even try it and think its music only for older people. Its NOT only because of our nice memories with this music - its really incredible, great and ever lasting music 🎉🎉🎉❤
