a lil extra video for being bold and not getting last week's up in time ;) thanks so much for all you've done for me! 🖤

If someone confessed to murder directly to me, I would call the police. I wouldn't wait for years.

If someone admits to a murder, don't wait 10 years to tell the police.  -Sincerely, everyone.

0:49 Me realizing that 2 decades ago was 2006 and not 1986 😅

The fact her brother took his own life over missing her, says so much about who she was and how much she meant to others. Rip Anita xx

Former defense attorney here. Fucking THANK YOU for talking about Kelly Seigler’s shady ass.  Attorneys in that US have to take an oath to uphold the Constitution, but prosecutors are also sworn to uphold justice.  Their role isn’t just about convicting someone for a crime, it’s about making sure the RIGHT person is convicted… and Kelly Seigler is a prime example of how NOT to do the job. She doesn’t give a shit about victims or justice, she just wants to make herself look good.  And the fact that she was given a TV show despite her history of unethical conduct just makes me wanna vomit.

And for what it’s worth, Brady violations aren’t just corruption…it’s a very specific type of prosecutorial malfeasance.  Brady v. Maryland requires prosecutors to turn over any evidence to the defense that could be favorable to their case.  While accidentally or unintentionally failing to turn over information is technically a Brady violation, the letter shown on screen indicates that Siegler is alleged to have intentionally withheld information from the defense and then lied about it while under oath.  This is absolutely cause for disbarment and I really don’t know how the hell she still has a law license because this definitely isn’t the only time she’s been accused of this.

Side note: I love ya, Mike. Your presentation style, sense of humor, and ability to discuss sensitive topics in a straightforward and unbiased way without losing sight of anyone’s humanity make you hands-down the best true crime creator on the interwebz.  Thank you for doing what you do!

her aunt testimony was enough for me. She wasn't drunk. How did she know the facts of the case if Nicole didnt tell her?

My heart aches for her parents, they lost both their kids.

Another weird coincidence is that she was likely killed around 5am (when her alarm clock goes off).

She (& her husband) were just charged with multiple felonies “felony conspiracy to commit theft” & “felony theft” for stealing nearly $200,000.00 from an archery club, because that’s exactly who she is, a despicable creature. Now she’s facing 30 years in prison, so she has yet another serious trial coming up in a few months (Nov 2026) Hopefully she doesn’t get away with these crimes too.
Even during her murder trial, as we see her trying to appear so innocent, she was stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from innocent people (with her actions & her history, she’s definitely committed other crimes) If she’s gonna get away with murdering someone’s teenage daughter (& her little brother Daniel too, cause the murder of his sister absolutely destroyed him & his life, until he ended his own life because of it. She stabbed Anita in the heart & she broke her little brother Daniel’s heart. Her actions killed TWO people)
I hope she’s given REAL consequences this time, the max 30 years 😤

I'm so shocked at how many murderers tell people about their crime ... And that those people don't tell the police.

I cannot believe that prosecutor, Kelly Zeigler, has not been disbarred from simply hiding evidence, paying off other prisoners, and defamation.  That seems like the trifecta of what a professional attorney should not be doing.
Good on you for looking in to her and the TV show; never heard of it/either of them.

Look, I know being found not guilty would feel great to the person but to cheer like that in front of people who lost not one but two kids is disgusting as hell to me

“I think she’s dead.”

“What makes you think that: is she moving?”  😵‍💫

Another reminder that " unsolved" doesn't always mean that nobody knows who did it.

Edit: some people do not understand nuance, so here is another version of my comment- this case is a reminder that sometimes unsolved just means nobody is going to prison even though law enforcement knows who did it.

If one person said she told them that's one thing. But multiple people including family? I dont care how long its been thats enough.

That shouting and cheering was so disrespectful to Anita's family.

Nicloe supposedly told people but NONE of those people came forward.    Smh.

"We think she's dead"

"Why, is she moving?"

Brilliant work

You know it’s a good video when Mike pulls out the whiteboard 😂
