Hello legends. Watch the full episode here - https://youtu.be/imyicRCeSZw

Before TRT I went to bed every night hoping I would fall asleep and never wake up. I prayed my wife would find someone to be a positive role model for my kids. I had nothing left. Misery and exhaustion consumed me. My organs were failing. I was going blind. I was 100% ready to die. After 8 months of TRT Im off all prescription medicines, I have the energy to go to the gym every day, I've lost 50lbs, my blood pressure is back to normal, and I'm beginning a PhD. It saved my life.

Trt completely changed my life. Better sleep, less anxiety, more energy.

wasn’t sleeping, low motivation, mood swings. tested through vital test hub and found free T was low and estrogen was high

Not sleeping is the underrated life shortener

I am 70 and had a heart valve replacement 4 years ago. I developed AFid and felt like hell. Got my blood tested and my testosterone was at 75 . My doctor put me on TRT and got my testosterone up to 400. TRT replacement saved my life. If you need it please get on it you will feel great.

Also Longevity is not just just living a good lifespan. But is really focused on healthspan. Living well into your older age. Who wants to be taking 20 medications and can’t hardly walk or remember shit, but are still loving.

I enjoy these 8 minute videos where they spend 35 seconds discussing the what is in the title

I'm 60. Energy levels real low. Got back to working out ( weights) and eating right. Also simplified my life to lower stress. I feel like a new man. The weights help with stress levels

Is anyone else beginning to think some of these “I used to be depressed and tired and not in on TRT and feel superhuman” comments are very bit like?

Been lifting weights since I was 15...Waited till age 51 to get my T levels tested, was low , 274. It's been 5 months of 1 mil per week of TRT... Game changer.

My grandma used to lift buckets on her head when she was 90 years old, so she could go to sell food in a local market (she always received $$$$$ from more than 40 grandsons, it wasn't by necessity).
She used to eat a lot of spicy food and red meat every day.
She died at 103 years old, genetics plays a huge role in quality and longevity.

My life was falling down around me. Failing daily. Got tested 109ng/dl. Started trt and hes it 100% saved me.. im 35 years old. 200lbs low bodyfat. And i was so before starting trt. Testosterone is SOO important

I'm 46 and had the chance to take TRT. My T was 155 and I felt terrible.
Instead of taking TRT I instead lost 28 lbs. T then went to 265. Now I am at 355 and still climbing. There seems to be a direct parallel to body fat % and natural T levels.
I Eat well, sleep well, lift weights 4x a week, and drink alot of clean water in glass not plastic.

For now I'm glad I didn't go on hormone therapy and depend on drugs for something I was able to do myself.

I'm going to jump in here.  Felt lazy lethargic and libido was in the toilet.  Went on TRT for i think about a year and felt much better, but then I also went through a bit of depression during the Covid time and couldn't be bothered to inject myself so went off it for just over a year.  Everything went to shit I got super lazy, argued with my wife ALOT, and sex was the last thing on my mind.  This past year I shook myself out of my funk around March (?) started a keto diet, lost a bunch of weight, started going to the gym and felt stronger again, but something was still missing.  Went back on TRT and honestly my life improved immensley, I'm more alert, my diet is dialed in, I'm having super intense workouts and my sex life is fkn' amazing.  I'm happy again, my wife is happy again and the future just looks so much better.  51 yrs old

I got on it about 3 years ago. My labs showed I was in the 200’s, and I absolutely felt like shit, every day. Had zero sex drive, no energy, overall just felt bad. Now I keep my level between 700-800, and feel like a person again. I still get tired, and have my aches and pains, but dont feel anything like before. I dont ever want to go back to feeling like that, and the funny thing is, it slowly creeps up on you, and the next thing you know, you feel like shit every day.

If you know what to look for, Steroxxe actually ticks most of the boxes. Doesn’t scream pro, but definitely not amateur either

61, been on TRT for a year. I was lethargic and fat. Now dropped 35 pounds. I’m either in the gym or on a long walk and feeling GREAT. Going to slowly drop another 25 pounds and put on a few pounds of muscle ( doing Mentzer - Yates HIT training ).
It has been wonderful just being in a normal range. I am not doing enough to go over normal range.
My longevity previously was laughable.
Now ?

42 yr old 4 weeks in and the placebo so far is stellar

So I see a lot of people here agreeing and disagreeing on whether people should go on TRT or not. From personal experience I will say it’s a big (long term) decision. I was 27yo got my levels tested I came out at 245ng/dl.

I was 290lbs, no energy, difficulty sleeping, I was lifting heavy (365 bench, 425 squat and 500+ deadlift) doing cardio every day, eating clean, and couldn’t lose weight, emotions all over the place, horrible sleep, going through a rough relationship.

I tested my levels twice, a year apart, levels continued to go down. Got on test at TRT levels 180mg/week, and it felt like my life did a 180.

Currently at 225lbs, sleep was great, mental clarity was awesome, left my bad relationship, emotions were great, I had energy to go out, play sports etc.

I started getting back acne, and have stopped taking test for about 2 months now, definitely feeling the difference, still have energy, not like I used to, training energy has gone down (still going 5-6 days a week) diet has been good throughout, sleep is okay not great.

I’ll say if you need it, use it. But look at your life overall, if you’re lacking in exercising, diet, have high stress, try to get those things sorted and see if that helps, if it doesn’t then maybe TRT can give you the help you need.
