With respect, each time Leicester got a starter this was more like watching Question Time than UC.

Birmingham deserved that.  Much quicker with their answers even when they went ahead.  Leicester were dragging out their 5 pointers.
Cetin was running it from midfield towards the end!

Started off liking both teams and not minding who won..but after the time wasting/taking aeons to answer by Leicester, I ended up rooting for Birmingham 😏

Leicester dithering for an eternity to say Philippines when the answer is Denmark…painful. If you’re going to wildly guess, just guess and get on with it.

Leicester's performance provides yet more evidence that there needs to be a consistent time limit when teams confer. That's preferable to watching teams hum and haw and dither and dawdle and spurring the host to yell COME ON!

I like Ghani as a captain, especially the way he often nominates others. I think his stats are a bit lowered because he guessed a few dead starters. The team seems well balanced, too. Fogel is good as a right hand man.

Tonight we seem to have reverted to the ridiculous practice of allowing too much time for discussions! I had thought this season that Amol was being much stricter on this at last, but tonight was not a good example. I cannot see why a simple count down clock cannot be used!

Well done both teams and thanks for posting. Makes me realise I know now as little as I knew when I first started watching UC 50 years ago. But it warms the cockles of my heart to know that some people do (faith in the youngsters regularly reaffirmed on this show!)

Ghani reminds me of a stern Richard E. Grant. Every time he opens his mouth, I expect him to express disapproval coolly. Also, I'm glad to have been able to answer some of the last questions thanks to the 3 legs of house.
