I lost my mother at 5 yrs. I knew she wasn’t coming back. My brother was 12. He knew she wasn’t coming back. All this is such rubbish. We’re Americans. We had no therapy . And then our father died two years later. We had enough sense to know that we were sad , that was normal and we had to live with it and not dwell on it. What’s wrong with this big baby ? It’s not as he’s the only one this has happened to. According to him he made orphans in Afghanistan. He isn’t special , except he didn’t have to worry about who would give him a home. Not very many in this situation are as privileged as he.
