I and the wonderful ‪@StefanMilo‬ sit down at the LiDAR Hotseat today, to see if we can discover some Iron Age hillforts, all the secrets of Stonehenge etc, and maybe, just maybe, the etymology of the word "Tarmac"... Some nice aerial archaeology, basically... Maybe that's a lofty ambition, but we get at least part of the way by possibly finding a billion motte-and-bailey castles... which is quite cool.
