I walked the Mount Saint Michel's bay France at rising tide once. A calculated small walk at the calculated time with a comfortable exit window. The tide rises fast, and it outflanks you on both of your left and your right even faster. All of the people in the bay finally made it to the walls as expected, but not even 15 minutes later the whole Mount was surrounded by 2 meters of water. On a side note OP, can you do a 6 hours footage of that?
Scary if caught! What this video does not address id the fact that many sandbanks turn to quicksand when saturated with water. So you may drown, die of hypothermia, or die in quicksand/mud. All pssibilities are very unpleasant!
