The current Jojo part also introduced a bisexual character who had troubles with it growing up because he was sent to conversion therapy

I think my favorite interview with Araki is when he describes part 5 as a story about "beautiful men", and when they interviewer asks "Aren't there also beautiful women?" Araki answers "Yes, but beautiful men was the main focus"

Some people: "DIO isn't bisexual, your just projecting"

Bruh he is literally inside his stepbrother's body for 100+ years

Araki’s commitment to studying and portraying queer themes as a form of art is truly iconic

i love how jojo part 9 have Lesbians, gays, bisexual, and transgender. the special LGBT combo.

32:22 "Part 9 Anime"
See you in 10 years lol

Araki is a very cultured individual. Nuff' said.

I hope you react to the sequel of this video

Araki definitely wears his heart on his sleeve. In one interview, he straight up states that he wants to draw beautiful men.

31:33 "Araki seems like such an artist"
You'll never believe which mangaka has had their art displayed in the Louvre and collaborated with Gucci, Balenciaga, and the Paralympic Games.

I’m pretty sure every part aside from part 4 and part 8 (because they were inspired by the town he grew up in) was inspired by a trip he took somewhere

Of course Dio is Bi, no straight guy could be that chaotic.

21:12 well, to be fair.
Name "Dio" literally means "God", so..~ :>

There was this drama when a famous mangaka passed away, whom was a huge CSAM collector. Every famous mangaka made tribute art for him. Araki however simply doodled a crappy sketch in protest. He was the only one to make any stand against it.

Please do the second part, its really good too

What I find funny about people being hypnotized by dios beauty is that, that beauty is like 90% Johnathan’s the only part of dio is his head

4:08 the innocence of this statement amuses me

in an interview with the anime producer of part 6, They were told by Araki (the mangaka) that its fine to use the original design of the love interest of the main jojo of part 6 (a woman), araki said its fine if the anime made him (anasui), a woman like the original design in the early manga of part 6. which mean basically Araki said Jolyne (the main jojo of part 6) being with a woman is not a contradiction.

Jolyne also said in the manga and anime that she's jealous of a snail because they would have sex with anyone, kinda a confirmation that Jolyne dont care about gender about her sexuality.

31:31 he does. That's how part 7 was made btw

Dio being the first Bisexual character in Jojo's is quite interesting, and would explain why both male and female characters gravitate towards him. I'll be honest, I be that too.

My headcanon is that Diego Brando, Dio's counterpart would also be Bi considering how many fans he's got. love that dino jockey.
