Of course I want us to win the championship or go up in whatever way possible but do I look forward to being back in that sterile sideways passing environment.. NO!! COYI ⚒️⚒️⚒️
It costs the London public 20 million pound a year to run it, they need to get rid full stop.
They are in no position to negotiate.
Khan does have a saleable asset in the land around it, therefore I'd suggest they could only negotiate, by selling the land and throw the stadium in..
Things like the catering contract will also create headaches with it but that could be sorted.
Over to DK I say to now show his ambition
He bought Royal Mail for the land their depots were on and is selling off as much as he can.
The business itself, as I understand it, has gone rapidly downhill. It’s an asset strip.
We should be careful what we wish for saying we want DK to stay, but who’s to say the motivation for anyone else is not the land?
The danger here is West Ham United is the lowest priority and the land and development rights is their only motivation.
My opinion, anyway… ⚒️
