「鉄道は絶対に無くならないという自信があった」その言葉の重さ。自分も鉄道に関わっていますが担当する線区ももはや風前の灯火。厳しい自然と車両の老朽化、他の営業係数の良い路線の利益を食い潰しながらも、今の人は鉄道を選ばないと、そう分かっていても走らせなければいけない辛さ。言葉には変え難い。
